I have been an Amazon shopper for five years plus
Not a single instance have they failed.
I have returned purchases, I have sampled products, and I have always been able to find what I'm looking for, and sometimes things I wasn't looking for.
I can't say enough good things, but I can sum it up easily. Amazon is my first stop... period

I work there, I tend to compare the quality of the service we provide to other sites and Amazon is outstanding!

My favorite online shoping store Amazon have everything i be looking for i always order from here and everything always gets shipped on time and i ahvent had a complain whether something was not delivered if i was ripped off on something. Easy to navigate and search for desired Items. Checkout process is also a Breeze. Easy process to return Items that have any issues. Only down side are the High Shipping Charges to get your items delivered in a timely manner. If they can lower their shipping cost it would be a 5 star rating.

I have bought several items online when I can't find them on e-bay as the same item on e-bay is 1/2-2/3 the price Amazon offers on the exact same item

In my opinion, Amazon is the number one website in America.
They always have absolutely every item that I ever search for.
There prices (in America) are so good, it is a waste of time to price search any other sights.
If you are a prime member, 2 to 3 day shipping is free.
They are simply great.

Amazon is great buy shipping takes too long from them. It forces you to use the prime.

I use Amazon for 95% of stuff I purchase online. Have there store credit card where I get 5% back on all purchases. Also have prime for free shipping. Can't remember when the last time I paid to ship something. Save a lot of money by not having to drive around looking for what I want.

Prime isn't really a deal. They charge you more and think that we are stupid and fall for it. They are so good at delivering nowadays that prime really isn't worth it. Be smart Americans save your money. Shop around. I bought prime for the grand tour and it SUCKS!
