Delivered as a vacuum packed flat thing, after an hour or two they fluffed out nicely. I'd actually recommend putting the pillow cases on them before you let them air out because of how puffed they get. After almost a month of sleeping with them, they're still super puffy and soft but they do have nice support without having to fold them in half.

First off there's anything and everything you could ever want on Amazon. Prime shipping never fails in 2 days and I can always rely on my items arriving on time. The only negative is you cannot buy shoes or clothes because sizing is sometimes so off but their customer service is really good and I've returned with them before and it was quick and easy; they sent me a return label and all I had to do was tape it on the box, free returns and quick refunds with prime!
Free shipping went from $25 to $45. You can usually find the same item on eBay for the same price and free shipping. Also, the reports of working conditions at Amazon have me always looking at alternative sources first now.

Great place for buying items cheaper if you're willing to get them used. I don't need books to be brand new. I also got our tv converter box here, after buying 2 at Best Buy and 1 at Target that were no good. The one we got on Amazon has lasted 2 years so far. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
