I wanted to pay for Prime Membership but there is no option to do that according to Amazon customer service. Once you are a member the only way to renew is through Amazon auto renew payment. I wanted to buy today, but nooooooo. Bush league payment system.

I'm a repeat shopper on Amazon.com, ordering everything from toys and to clothes, to household products and gadgets. The customer service is great and the ease of reaching a live human regarding a transaction if necessary is a bonus. Great variety of products. Would highly recommend the shopping experience.
Amazon is excellent, you can find anything there, and the support center it's always there to help you and step up for you in case of problems. Really recommend.

I love the super fast shipping. The return process is not as convenient as other sites, and sometimes an item isnt returnable until after HALF the money is taken back in restocking fees. I hate that part, but i love how fast I get my items. I give it a 4 star for the shipping and a 3 on returns and customer service. I encourage you to get Amazon Prime so you will never have to worry about shipping fees, especially if you shop a lot on amazon like i do.

Amazon created PRIME SHIPPING to attract more clients honestly was ok in the begening but now is abosolitely discussting! When you buy something and saying you will get it by tomorrow and you find out (( delivery refused)) it happened 3 times waisting of time and money! I'm going to try to do shopping for other provider! So Who's next!
I have had a few times I've had to contact Amazon's Customer Service and have always had excellent results.
I ordered some items on black Friday weekend and used my Sears rewards points. Well I clicked on a button that changed my method of payment in one press. An option I did not set myself in my Amazon account it just came that way. So I called customer service to have it taken from the correct payment method and they stole my reward dollars. It was $45.02 it wasn't a million dollars but it was mine and it should have come off my order total. The representative I spoke to was in a rush to get me off the phone and lied to me telling me that I got the reward dollars. But I just got my Sears credit card statement and it shows that they took all my reward points and charged me full price for my items. I may just cancel my account with them. I don't like thieves or liars

The #AmazonPrime payment process is ridiculous and borderline unethical. I went in to pay through the student page so that I can see the student price. It didn't come up when I hit "continue," nor was there a button or drop arrow to get the student discount. There was no breakdown of payment or "confirm payment" button, as there usually is, so I hit continue and was informed that I was signed up for #Amazon Prime. THEN I got a notification from my credit card company that $105 had been charged to my account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHEN YOU SAY "THE FIRST HOWEVER-MANY-MONTHS IS FREE," THAT MEANS YOU DO NOT PAY UNTIL THAT FREE PERIOD IS OVER. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS WITH EVERY PAYMENT PROGRAM. Additionally, nowhere does it SAY that we will be charged immediately.

I love shopping in amazon. I had an experienced that I ordered a wrong item and when I received it, I requested for a return and refund. The owner didn't replied for 74 hours and I did asked for help at Amazon. Apparently, they refund my money after a week. Most of the stuff you can find in amazon and I had a great shopping experience

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
