If you want Amazon Prime for any reason other than the so called "2 day shipping," don't bother. "Thousands of movies and shows," but ones you actually want to watch? Forget it, $2.99 an episode. Want to read the good books on kindle? That'll be 10 more dollars a month. And, is it a busy time of year? Yeah, you can forget that two day shipping, too. I was completely in love with Amazon before I started paying a hundred dollars a year for basically the same thing I was getting before. I will say, if you're a super shopper, I'm sure it's totally worth it.

AmazonPrime includes 2 day shipping and free music. Both very convenient with no stress return policy on eligible items. Prime movies are also free but terrible selection. Think of the the vhs movies you would throw away, that's what is available with Prime Movie. Customer service is very helpful.
I use to love this place with Prime. But prime just isn't worth paying $99 a year. A very big difference from $49/year. I really hardly ever need things in 2 days. I would rather a much lower yearly rate just to get regular free shipping. So as of now I comparison shop and buy most of my stuff elsewhere online. And still use Amazon for the product reviews.

Normally, seamless; worth looking at reviews. Prime is great but return shipping with other companies can be steep and those companies know it when they sell products; pictures can be deceiving. I got two MORE cans of PC Woody - expensive stuff. I thought I was getting the large ones, but got tiny ones; couldn't tell by picture. Also, when I called company to ask if I could just exchange and buy the bigger ones they said no. "You have to pay the shipping." Nasty. Bondo for wood is better anyhow. I had already purchased 4 large cans from those cheap idiots.
Audible Steals your money then they steal your Credits
First of all, I trusted Customer representatives when they said that my account was canceled and I had 3 months to use my Credits, the 3 months ended and they charged my card without my authorization, I called immediately and reminded them that my account was cancelled, I was told that my account was going to be cancelled in 7 to 10 days, never explaining that my last Credit remaining was going to be stolen by them, I just called again to reclaim my last credit but the rep said " In essence" but I interrupted the rep " stop! In reality not in the essence bs you are stealing my credit, I paid for it, its mine it belongs to me!" but like all thieves they do get away with it, this is the norm on internet businesses because there is no "face to face" interaction, morals and honesty are crapped like manure, stinking every step they take and every dollar they steal ($14.95) Audible should be renamed to "Audible Sh! T I steal your money".
We should reach to Amazon customer service but I have a feeling that it will also fall in def ears, and hardened hearts.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
