We all recognize Amazon.com as a game changer. Unsure of the significant $ amount spent over the decade +, but always received great customer support (refunds, replacements, etc). Awesome number of products available. Customer reviews help to decide when and when not to purchase. Once in a while a clinker will slink by, but Amazon always made things right.
Seriously purchase at least 90% of items needed from this site. Usually arrives within 2 days for free shipping. Love the reviews available on the products and returns effortless. Can't imagine going back to actually going to a store for these items. Also, the variety of products they offer is amazing.
I got Amazon Prime when a coworker suggested it. Well it is the biggest rip off I ever wasted $79 on. After 6 months of not receiving anything in 2 days, I complained to Amazon. I did then receive some items in 2 days but that only lasted about 3 months.
I also noticed that several items will display "Available for Prime" in the listing but as soon as you click on the individual item, the "Available for Prime" disappears.
As far as the Amazon steaming, there are no shows worth watching except for the ones you must pay for. Most movies have a fee.

When i cant find cetain things in store or online. I go to Amazon Prime. You have to pay for a year subscription, but its worth every penny.
Amazon has never let me down. They are fast & secure, their merchandise is good quality and diverse. I get everything I need in Amazon. They are incredibly good and they care about my needs. Kudos to my Amazon!
You can always get an English speaking person on the phone when you need help. Will always follow through til your issue is resolved. A pleasure to do business with.

AMAZON is the best for anything you may need, the PRIME membership is beyond worth the cost. Amazon Fresh is also worth the $15 membership fee, order groceries online and have them delivered to your doorstep 1-2 days later!

I've been using it for years and it has been a lifesaver. When I need stuff for my dog that I can't find anywhere else or I can leave the house and I need a book for my daughters School. Plus it's half the price of going to Barnes & Noble and you save gas...
One serious note: in the past 6 month I've noticed that probably 50% of the products on the house from China I mean they act like it's an American company they just broker in China so many of these things phone batteries 2 printer ink. So you must be very careful because things are changing on that website and the quality is not top quality like it used to be. Sometimes they let you know it & sometimes they don't. A Sure way to find out is a good part of the stuff with an 8-10 day lead time is probaly/coming off a boat from China. So don't let the extremely low priced items fool you. There's always a catch. AMAZON SHOULD be careful because Trump will start banning them & then ruin it for all the Amazon Great customers, like myself:-( I know I can't live without them so I hope they shape up. On a positive note they offer a chance to return items for free. Customer service is very good I mean you don't get a real person but you do it online and they answer promptly. Rarely, do they deny a return. Even though it's free to do, it's definitely a hassle packing it up and going to UPS or whatever... still I feel they are a 5 star company.
I am a work from home agent so I depend alot on my pc setup. Unfortunately 2 days before I was set to go back to work after the holidays my modem crashed and I was tight on funds so I went on amazon to redeem a coupon. Late last iI had a small issue with a package getting lost they refunded and I promptly I forgot about it but they didn't and as a result they offered me free prime. I was able to order my item on the 31 and received it the 2nd and it works like a charm thank you so much.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
