I use this regularly. It has everything. You can ask other buyers questions about the products and see all of the reviews so you know that what you're getting will be accurate. Amazon prime offers 2 day shipping, which is very convenient. It lets you know the exact status of your order and when you'll receive it. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use amazon.

Almost always the best prices, prime is well worth the $99. All it takes is 20 orders in a year and the cost has paid for itself in shipping costs. Prime music, books, apps. Lightning deals, giveaways. Shopping the app daily!

Our poor UPS man he's bought so many packages up to us we have 32 steps to the front back! We redid our sons bedroom in a Star Wars theme and everything came from Amazon including the bunk bed!

For the most part, Amazon is a fine company, but when there is a problem there is no way to state details. Customers are constrained to having to ask questions dictated by company. Amazon seems to be "one size fits all". It should have an address for questions and situations not dictated by company and addressed by "pat" solutions.
