I order from Amazon all the time, usually always on time with deliveries. Had one issue when I ordered a used item from the warehouse. Amazon was quick to fix problem.

It's getting annoying to have shipping restrictions when I'm a paying Prime member. It seems like being "bilked" for more money when I purchase items. The benefits are diminishing!

I have always found everything I wanted at Amazon. They also have incredible prices and you can buy new or used. Not much difference in price though. I was looking for a toy for my grand-daughters collection. I looked for two years, no lie, and finally went to amazon and found it. At the same price stores would sell it. We were both extremely happy.

Amazon has the best customer care services. The chat support system is intriguing and very quick. Also if your issue is not resolved by them they will contact you and try to resolve it.

Have never had an issue. If they need to split deliveries, they do and only charge you when the items are delivered. The way it should be.

I have tried to use Amazon twice, and I couldn't begin to navigate the site. It just turned me off. I would rather pay a little more than deal with page after page with no pictures or descriptions.

I just spent about 10 minutes trying to get an estimate for an order without an account. Then I tried to get Help. I spent another 7 minutes trying to get help an was unsuccessful. I could not get an email or phone number to call since I was not a registered customer. So if you are a business and don't have an Amazon account don't bother going to Amazon for an estimate of the total cost.

Be very careful when you sign up for a prime membership. You will be charged annually for the membership without authorization. I have had this happen to me on several occasions. Speaking to customer service only helps after the fact. Check you account regularly for the unwarranted charges..
