Too many eamauls

I love the service but hate the avalanche of emails.
Confirmation after coming formation and then there is the rate this emails and the, "you might be interested in this" emails. I got lost.

I shop for just about everything on Amazon. I've been shopping on this site for over a year. Never had any problems. From 1 - 10, I'd rank customer service an 8.

I shop for clothing, home goods, movies, paintings and posters. Love this site

Would give all stars but for sizing from certain countries that is small beyond belief - might fit teeny tiny people but not North Americans. Sizing should always be in NA sizing for this market. Otherwise Amazon is amazing in delivery, price and scope! Love 'em.

Free gift coupons

I get free gift coupons emailed to me, but the free products are pretty cheesy! Vap pipes, testosterone supplements, facial products, etc! No real value added products. Otherwise Amazon is spot on.

I ordered two pair of shoes. After about 2 weeks I received and email that they were on back order and what would I like to do. Within 3 days of receiving email I responded to cancel the order. I received an email stating too late item has shipped. When the shoes finally arrived I discovered that a size that always purchase and typically runs slightly big was too small and narrow. I contacted the company and they stated since the product was not defective then I would have to pay for return to China. The return shipping fees are more than the cost of the shoes, so off to the homeless shelter they go. This is a situation where the price was too good to be true.

Amazon prime has been great to have they ship things free of charge. This has been so helpful when doing Christmas shopping as well as things that stores are not selling. It is a little upsetting when they do not have something but that is only because we think they will always have it. Sometimes its a little hard to return things but otherwise they are awesome

My kids call me Amazon Momma! I think the prime membership is worth its value to someone who shops online often, and uses online videos and music. The 2 days shipping is reliable and so far I have had great customer care. You can share your membership with another which helps with the value. The best thing I like about Amazon is that you have a chance to help small business owners in the USA, the country I live in, to continue to meet their dream, as many small business owners sell from this site. I am a small business owner advocate and feel good about this part. Don't forget when shopping on Amazon to select the part where they will send proceeds to your favorite charity,. It costs you nothing else, you just have to remember to use the right link. I send free money donations to the Humane Society all the time!
