I shop at Amazon.com because it has such a variety of choices of products. However, that same variety means that they deal with a large number of venders, and follow-up on damaged or missing packages is almost non-existent. Sometimes the person responsible for delivery puts the package in the mailbox (which is against the law). That means I have to get to the mailbox before the postman does. If the postman sees the package in the mailbox before I do, the package is confiscated and I have to pay postage on it - again! I have tried several ways of trying to contact Amazon.com about this problem and have been ignored. The one time they did respond, they told me the company supplying the product had gone out of business and they could not do anything to help me.

Lots of reasons to pick up the Prime service, but even nominal research into product pricing demonstrates that "free shipping" is an embedded cost for merchants that use Prime

Amazon is a great place to order from online. They stand behind their promise if ordered from Amazon and if ordered from a third party, they contact that seller and try to help with the return or exchange of a product.

Never order milk from this $#*!ty website. I have been ordering a lot, just opened a milk of 2 ounce ready to feed and it's yellow fluid looking like a uribe less that half ounce. These people are putting little lives on risk!

For the second time in 2 months, They shipped the items to a wrong address and the doorman even signed the acceptance of delivery!
Plus, when I called to complain, they told me that two of the items were not included in the package.
It was a good service when it first started, not anymore.

I purchase 2 sets of A100 900 High Lumens Ultra Bright - CREE XML T6 LED Tactical Flashlight one of which did not work. I contacted both Amazon and followed their protocol. I contacted the company Monsety but never received a refund or replacement. Think twice before buying from this company. Was surprised about Amazon since they are usually reliable. Have stopped shopping on line. I'd rather be able to deal with a problem in person. Tired of companies hiding behind the "internet" to get My money refunded.

Sold by: Tiffany Ton thru Amazon on Nov 6 for a Christmas present. Said was being delivered. Dec 8th then Dec 12th... then they stopped updating... Sent generate message said due to Weather HEAT/ Snow storms... really. Awful to try to deal with. Again overseas and could careless whether they deliver or not. Finally January I got a credit. But the t-shirt was a gift and a set... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Cannot deliver and cannot communicate w/customers...

My go to shopping place!

Amazon is great! You can get almost anything on amazon and they website is easy to use. The tracking of items shipped is great... you can see exactly when things ship and where they are in transit and when they are expected to arrive. I have only had two incidents where it said items were delivered and I never received them and it only took a couple of seconds to click on the easy to use link regarding orders and without questions I was refunded for both items. Amazon prime video is excellent as well. Movies stream without issue and they are so many free movies that come with your membership... absolutely the way to go! Love Amazon!
