I buy everything on Amazon! I have a prime subscription too. It's so nice to be able to remember something you need so u jump online to Amazon and order it and it shows up quicker than it would have been to find time to run to the store and get it. They even have these dash buttons for a bunch of stuff like laundry soap for example so when u are running low on laundry soap u just tap the button that u stick on the washer and it automatically connects to Amazon and places the order and then a day or two later it shows up. Too awesome! U pay like $4.95 for each of the buttons but once u place an order for the first time u get that back as a $4.95 discount so the buttons are technically free after your first order. Anyways, Amazon has everything! I love it. I have probably spent over $100,000 buying almost everything for my house, car, and family from the site. The prices are 98% of the time better than anywhere else online and it couldn't be any easier to return a wrong or damaged package (assuming u order it through prime). If anyone doesn't use Amazon as a shopping choice then u are missing out on one of the best shopping options of the new era and it only keeps getting better as the progress. Whether it's a part for your car or a toy for your kid or a product for your lawn, you should always be checking out Amazon.com! PS... I didn't get paid to say any of this and I rarely do reviews but for Amazon I would post a review just like this anytime!

So back in October I ordered a jacket for my birthday. I am always in and out the city so my grandma was at my house and she called me and told me I got a package but it felt really light. When I got home and looked at the package it was full of paper and plastic poppers. No jacket! Amazon won't even refund my money! Don't ever order from them.
Love to shop Amazon. I'm not a prime member but I usually don't pay any shipping. I always check their prices before buying a big item too. I've been shopping with Amazon for years!
I've ordered through Amazon many times and the few problems that I did have were promptly answered and solved. I have nothing bad to say about them.
Amazon customer service is good. They have generally refunded, replaced and apologised in a timely way when required. The reason I look elsewhere before buying from them is the way they treat their employees. We have all seen news items about conditions in their fulfillment centres, many of us know a self-employed driver who has been driven mad and had to throw in the towel. Some of us have seen their employment contracts, or the contracts their chosen temp agencies impose. Basically, if you're a potential customer they love and respect you, but if you're a worker they exploit you. Now, a bit of a dogleg here admittedly, but it occurred to me that they sell lots of music, film, books etc. The creative souls who make this stuff can get famous, they can get knighted, they can work in TV, radio, the media, they win awards AND THEY OFTEN HAVE LIFE STYLES THAT INCLUDE LOTS OF BOOZE AND DRUGS, but if you wanna work for them and you've had a happy fag in the last six months you can get lost. Hypocrisy. And horrible hubris. Look somewhere else first. Just USE Amazon like they USE people.
Best thing to do is invrst that money in amazon prime. The money saved from not paying shipping and handling is awesome. I buy coffee in bulk and it is cheaper to do so on amazon. Only thing I don't like is not knowing if I am ordering from china. I don't like ordering from China. I wish they had USA made or shipped section that is certified. That way I know i am getting it ontime.
