I have become an amazon buyer because of the quick delivery and various items that can be purchased all on one sight. I can't complain about one experience since they have all been above all any service that I have yet received besides Macy's. Don't be intimidated by Amazon, shop now!

They have various prices and offer, "Prime" products with free shipping. The catch is you have to pay $100.00 upfront to get "Prime" services like free shipping. Amazon is always the same everytime I shop, I know what to expect and they have delivered my small orders even on Sunday afternoon. For no shipping fees! No surprises shopping is perfect.

Best way to get items fast and with free shipping. If I need something and it's on amazon prime, I won't buy it from anywhere else. The membership fee is very reasonable too so this is a win win.

Amazon has just about everything you could want and they ship it fast. If you have Prime you get free 2 day shipping even on Sundays. What's cool is they will even do same day shipping for Prime Members if the order is over $35 and it's available in a local warehouse. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is their price match policy is lacking compared to all other major retailers.

We are a registered company (HDT Europe) with registered products (Herbal D-Tox). We are trying to make our products available for sale in Amazon.co.uk platform since June 2016, with no success. Yes, since June last year! Since then, we are continuously finding obstacles in the form of several documents that are being asked by the Verification Team, over and over again. Every time we submit a perfectly valid document they ask for another one, sometimes they even had that document, but did not considered it at first! Then, they take their time to verify and tell us sometime later than our first document is outdated or has any other "problem". They do not communicate well within their organization because everytime we talk to one of their associates to get help (countless times, by now) they tell us different things. They ask us to submit blank documents! They ask us to send them documents using fax, instead of email! They only verify our documents better when we get really upset and respond harshly to their nonsense email requests! Are we being discriminated here for some reason? Because we know several companies that work with Amazon.co.uk and did not find this endless loop of problems! Why can't we just start selling after all this time?! We are not planning to wait another eight months. Why aren't their associates doing their job correctly?! This is beyond unacceptable, and by our experience we would never recommend Amazon.co.uk as Sellers! Best regards, HDT Europe

Never Again!

Long story short, I bought something off my Hubby's card. Deleted the card number afterwards. Put money in the bank for the light bill, went to pay and couldn't. They took $100 off his card for the Amazon prime 3 days AFTER I ordered with his card and deleted it. I have told my self never again will I order from Amazon.
