I have been with them since pretty much when they op née! I love their Prime membership. I basically can buy anything there. I recently became a Glamma and almost everything I have bought for my Little Princess has came from Amazon. I also love to read and I have every Kindle they have came out with and hundreds of brooks. I even bought the Fire phone and it was awesome. They only thing I wish they rewarded their patrons for using them like so many stores do.

Excellent. Do 98% of my shopping here. I am very satisfied with amount of time to receive order and so far never been disappointed. I also subscribe to Amazon Prime. Saved $$$$$ on shipping costs as did most of my Christmas shopping there
Its impossible to get the phone call verification, responses to emails and even calls are not helpful in giving a date on when this "technical" problem will end. (they do answer though)
Once in a while, the package came damaged or broken but the overall shopping experiences are just so great. Love Amazon.

I have looked about for a place to review Amazon--especially Amazon Prime. This is the first place I could posit my reservations about it.
I have prime because I have a "long ish" Roku relationship and Amazon is making a run at Netflix--I have both streaming services.
But I got Prime in anticipation of a major repair on my house for which I was going to be buying tools and material. The rub is that not much was covered by Prime's
Free/fast shipping policies. To be fair, this was not the main thrust of Amazon's marketing but I urge users to be aware that Prime has holes in its coverage in the specifics of books, music, and merchandise that very well may be the main reason you want the service.

On AMAZON I ORDERED A VOLCOM HOODIE. When I received it a month later is was a fake, and a very bad fake. The company outside of amazons site that sent it to me can't be contacted there is nothing in the bag outside the bag. So I contacted AMAZON they are no help. STICK WITH EBAY, OR SITES YOU KNOW THAT ARE NOT MAD IN HUTS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY.
Honestly, no Amazon customer should ever feel enclosed to give a bad review! They have the fantastic customer service, fantastic return policy and refund policy, easy website navigation, very reasonable yearly charge for Amazon Prime member benefits, a plethora of goodies from any and every category to choose from, amazing Prime member benefits, who doesn't love the two day free shipping, unlimited prime movies/tv shows, music, I mean come on! I have had my bad experiences and good ones from Amazon, but not one of those experiences came directly from an amazon inventoried item, my problems were always from an Amazon seller. Amazons response time for complaints is great! I have been an extremely loyal Amazon customer for years and will be for years to come!

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
