Over 10 years I have probably spent $10,000 on Amazon, especially given the photo equipment I have purchased. They still provide fair value and a decent customer experience BUT now (I) non-prime delivery times are intentionally delayed; (Ii) the minimum purchase required for free delivery is up; and (III) pricing is no longer reliably competitive. For many items, Jet.com provides a better experience - on all of cost, minimum purchase for free delivery and speed of delivery (in NYC, often next day.). The selection is way narrower but it offers a significantly better experience if they carry what you want. It seems evident that these policies are designed to push customers to subscribe to Amazon Prime. That is fair as a business model, but it may not be fair as a competitive model.

LOVE THIS SITE

For the most part I have had a great experience with Amazon with the exception of an unscrupulous watch merchant who advertised their Invicta Watch for $1200 but when it arrived they had left the tag on that stated the watch was only worth

For years I have been buying things through Internet, and I hate it sometimes. It gets me where I do not need to go, but Im tired of visiting online shop all the time. It; s annoying that I have to spend so many times in order to buy different electronic gadgets. Even when they had been so dispersed. I know now in a few seconds Ill just end up buying everything in one place, Amazon online shop.

I go to Amazon all the time for products. I haven't found anything that they don't carry. Prices and service and delivery are awesome. I use Amazon prime as well. Well worth the price

A prime member and just got their credit card. I do 85 percent of my shopping with Amazon. At Cjristmas time i click gift wrap and go. In 20 years the mall as we know it is going by the wayside like the book and toyn stores when i was a young in.

I shop Amazon for everything from Christmas gifts to houshold items. I've had absolutely no problems with returns or any transaction. I've never had a bad experience. It's the easiest most convenient online site to shop I've ever used.

I love shopping on Amazon as I live in a small town with limited overpriced stores. The shipping options are great. I got a print membership so it has also been great for last minute doing needs. Just always remember to check the ratings of the seller and product you are buying from to ensure you are getting what you are expecting
