Mostly they don't match their American website. Deliveries are almost always delayed. Customer service is pathetic, they have fixed pre-set answers to any issue you have. Worst is when you buy something cheaper, they will make it unavailable and delay the delivery by weeks, or will force you to cancel the order, and re order at a higher price. I have done this at least twice and end up buying at Walmart.ca, who are highly reliable with price and delivery.

Try to only order what they have in stock as sometimes if it's another vendor the order is incorrect. Then pain in the butt to return...

Amazon is always one step ahead of the curve. When introducing Prime, I wasn't sure it would be worth the extra $$$ but after two years of happy shopping with fast shipping and great availability through multiple sellers, this is the best shopping website. Done deal. Nothing left to say.

There's a couple of time that my merchandise takes more than 2 days shipping. Last month I purchased a serving plate, it was on prime. It took almost 2 weeks for them to deliver my purchase.
I've never had any bad experiences when ordering on Amazon, and have always received my orders quickly!

Wth is going on, Amazon?! I was prime member, cancelled it and won't be dealing with Amazon any time soon. Their logistics messed up most my delivery instructions. Even after me calling costumer service and specifically asking for them NOT to mess up, they still did. I'm starting to think it was intentional. More i asked, more they kept messing things up.!. Each time I asked to talk to supervisors they either refused to or simply hang up on me! Done with Amazon for good.

I give Amazon A LOT of my money, lately, they seem to be lacking in their customer service. I've received wrong items, clothing that comes damaged and much longer shipping times than what was estimated. You contact customer service about it and you get a generic reply.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
