Amazon is a competitive online shopping site that gives you free shipping on all orders over $35 I order a lot so I use the Amazon Prime membership which also includes their video streaming service and there's some Prime music services that also gives you free music too. Prime costs 100$ yearly but offers free 2 day shipping on almost anything you can think of to order online plus their customer service is awesome if you need them it takes less then a minute to get a live person to talk to. Plus they take care of you if there is a problem which rarely have and order alot from Amazon the past 4 or 5 years

I've never had a bad experience with Amazon. Everything always arrives as it should in the time frame alloted.
Very loyal customer - from 2007 - hundreds of orders - very happy with them, when something got lost or damaged in transit (it happened very few times in all this time, i always got a replacement or a refund. A bit difficult to find the option to chat with them but is the fastest and the best. The shipment is taking a bit more than a week for the majority of items ( im in APO AE) unless is something from Hong Kong. Then is taking longer. I only give 4 star because if you don't have a US card, no matter you're paying the same fees for Prime membership - you cannot watch or rent movies and is not fair. This is the only think they should work on and find a solution. If the card is good for purchasing of thousands of $, why is not good for renting a $2 movie?
I have always been pleased with my purchases with Amazon. Their deliveries are prompt etc. No problems with returns etc.
As a seller it is very nerve wracking. They are always changing their rules and sometimes without warning. Just before Christmas they put a hold on any brand name merchandise. Many of us had hihg end sneakers, sport products etc. All of a sudden we could not sell theses items without an approval requiring a $1000 application to sell brand name but it was not a guaranteed approval. If not approved than you lost the whole $1000 dollars. I did not get stuck with inventory but many of my friends then had to sell on Ebay or some other site. Huge disappoint and financial loss just before Christmas.? So for a seller it is a great site to purchase from but for a seller your account can be terminated or put on hold for very minor infractions? It is a great site but a site to be very careful of if you are a seller.
I am an avid amazon shopper. I highly recommend shelling out the extra cash to get free 2 day shipping. I can't say what a life changer this has been for me. Its incredible how fast the amazon delivery service is.

Returns are super easy and hassle free. The prices overall are really good and there are a lot of great deals on many products. Highly recommend.
