Always great selections, prices and shipping. I finally went to Prime and Love it! I'm getting spoiled with the 2 day shipping.
Amazon is so user friendly, and they don't require an ID to return merchandise, which many stores are now doing. I don't want stores swiping my ID cards since they can be hacked. I am buying everything I can from Amazon. I also appreciate what they are doing for writers.
Few month ago i needed to buy a desk top computer, My son advised me to buy through Amazon and though its not easy for me to trust online shopping, as before i had a bad experience, I did and nearly a year now I am using and enjoying the product, had no problems till now thanks God. I'm a very happy customer as living on a budget is not fun.and reliability is so important. I would encourage anyone to do so, especially if you can open and account with Ebay. Mk

So on many occasions I have gotten my items fairly fast, they have Amazon prime 2 day ship, yet I know now not all items qualify for that as my one item won't be here for over 5 it says. I do like to order a ton. I recommend it only if you buy weekly for the prime other wise it is a huge waste of 99 dollars!

I had placed an order on Amazon through JFinc on March 3 of this year 2017 and never got the book. I tried to leave a review regarding JFinc as being a fraudulent seller as indicated on scam sellers. Amazon wouldn't allow the review claiming it was a violation of terms and conditions. I would have thought amazon would have wanted their customers to be aware of thieves. But apparently not. How are we to protect ourselves against scammers if amazon won't let us get a heads up by reading reviews on these scam artists on their site?

I used to have a high opinion of Amazon, but standards have slipped so low now that it is beyond shocking. When the owner of the company can't be bothered to deal with issues such as paying royalties, you know there is trouble.
After 4 or 5 months of not being paid by Merch by Amazon, and 2 months of non-stop e-mails, I have given up. Jeff Bezos, you must be desperate for the money because you do not pay your contributors. Clearly he needs the money so much more than I do.

This serves as a public announcement of how Merch by Amazon treats the people who are making money for them. They should be ashamed, but they are not. It is a sham, and the US government should investigate this scam.
I have bought everything from a crossbow to a big bag of mike n ikes love this site I won't recommend buying clothes unless you know you're size in Chinese clothes I have had a few massive fails that way and also people don't review products they've bought as much as they should, but all that aside great company I love shopping from my couch
An excellent service with very prompt worldwide shipping and quite good return policy. The Amazon Guarantee goods(or whatever its called) are easily refunded whenever you encounter any problems with those, and the support makes it even faster!
Any issue I may have it is resolved immediately. In all the years I have had only one issue. They have excellent customer service
