Just bought a book from Amazon which was $5 more than Barnes and Noble. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and it has been close to a month. Their customer service make lying promises they have not been able to keep. My wife and I are done with Amazon. It is time to move on..

I HAVE AMAZON PRIME AND I LOVE THE SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DELIVERY ISSUES AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO RETURN A PRODUCT.

A lot of great deals but there are also now a lot of third party suppliers so you have to be more wary now than you did in the past. But still a great place to buy almost anything you could possibly think of.
