Most of my shopping experiences on Amazon have been good, BUT if there is a problem and you would actually like to speak with someone by phone, I don't think that's possible. Also, their website really isn't that user friendly, but I guess they make all the money they want so they don't care to make more by improving the website.

I always have some type of problem. From them losing shipments to overcharge to me waiting days past w. E shipping I pay for. NOW i try checking out and decided to get prime and pay monthly. They charge me $99 for the yearly AND $10.99 for monthly and now i have $15 to my name and a 3 month old to take care of and they tell me I have to wait 3 more days until i get my money back that THEY screwed up. Unbelievable

Ever since Amazon started their Prime BS the company has gone down hill. Half the time I do not get my orders in two days like advertised and when I call then Huh Cole they are rude as can be and don't give crap. For mow on I will order elsewhere. Received strange emails with incorrect emails, looked at the header and came from a server in the states, same that cloud for alexa and dot. So no no no.
Plus amazon has no complaint procedures, they actually refuse to give a complaint number.
When I asked for details my account was then mishanded, address, name, and so on got modified so I removed my bank detais and no longer using them. I brand them as not safe.

I think Amazon is absolutely amazing. Whatever I want or need, I will find at Amazon often with great prices and I shop almost everyday for a wide variety of products. The fact that I have prime, ensures my purchases arrives in 2 days. They are an amazing company to deal with making purchasing and returning so easy. Occasionally I have had a problem with a third party seller and Amazon stepped in to solve the problem. Way to go Amazon! Great company

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
