I ordered stay glossy lip glosses... Only one came in the mail then the next day they never came and now the seller claims that the lip glosses are outta of stock... Never ordering again
I shop at Amazon quite frequently, but not enough to become member of Prime Time. The prices of the items are great, but the shipping is the killer of the deal for me. Sometimes they should offer a " free shipping day".
I love amazon. This is the first place I go for most everything. I have saved a lot of time and gas using this site. My choices are much wider and have discovered many other items that I really had not thought of. There are a lot of commonly used items that you can get at amazon at a much better price than going to the local stores and they are delivered to your door. I have Prime and am happy with it but even without the prime I would use.
I've used Amazon a lot, and it's gotten easier to do over the years. Probably too easy to search through because I keep coming back more often than I can afford. I don't have any interest in Prime since speed of delivery isn't an issue for me - and I don't want to pay their price for the service. But my items arrive in good shape and soon enough for me. I've never had a problem - so far.

I purchase a lot of items from Amazon and I love the convenience and good deals but I've found that some of those "good deals" are fakes. The ones I've come across are Yeti cups, expensive shampoo and other hair products that were definitely altered or fake. The problem is the return policy doesn't address fraudulent items, so if you don't realize immediately your product is a fake, you are stuck with the ineffective product and paying the price. Beware!

Everything that I purchase online comes from amazon, great deals, easy navigation to shop, items are shipped on time or before time. I've been shopping on Amazon for years, it only gets better for me.
I have ordered several things on Amazon. My daughter lives out west so the free shipping with prime is awesome. Worth the cost. I would spend it on postage. Unless otherwise stated it always arrives in two days twice didn't get an item and my money was refunded immediately. I have had no problem with quality and the few times I did I returned the item for free.
They always send packages very quickly. Prices are almost always the best. Quality has been as advertised.
