I have always loved shopping online; My mother has been using amazon with the paid for subscription for years, and as I grow up I have started to get an income and a financial balance- And I rely on amazon very heavily for anything you could imagine, from phone chargers to Car Parts, cookbooks to college textbooks, art for around the house, presents for relatives and friends, and anything you could imagine! I love the various clothing that they carry, I always check for on amazon because the name brands that I like such as Ralph Lauren Polo are always on sale and other expensive designer. I have saved great money on amazon since I had started my subscription 5 months ago, it has a great variety of products and has a great site-setup to set how much money you would like to spend, what exact name brand you are looking to buy, what size/fit/model of the certain product you are getting, and much, much, more- I only had 1 Problem in the past 5 months with amazon when I had chosen 2-day shipping and I waited 5 days to get it arrived, even though 1 of those days were not business days I still contacted the customer service and explained to them my problem and what the backstory was to why I was so focused on getting it in those 2 days; and in less than 10 minutes I received an email of apology and a refund of the 2-day shipping because of my inconvenience, which made me super happy giving my rating of the customer service aswell a 5/5! And I also got the product in 4 business days without any problems for no charge when if I would have chosen standard shipping I would have waited over 3 weeks! If you are not an amazon user or subscriber, I would highly recommend you to go and look into that! Have a great day everyone and thank you for reading!
Lately amazon has been struggling with some order to deliver in timely matter due to the amount of order they processed on a daily basis. Couple of off delivery but they still doing good! I still recommend amazon for online shopping!
Amazon went up in price since they got bigger, their shipping make you to wait sometime even more days than they are saying just to make you to pay for prime

Just an awesome company to do business with many times. No problems! Great prices and service. They answer their phones! Who ever heard of a CSR answering their phones these days? Lol
Overall good service, but I would not attempt to sell music mp3s with them as too complex and they were very unhelpful in this case. But for purchase of goods, books, and most things very efficient. Sometimes we have not been able to get our money back on faulty products though.

In arizona prime membership is nice; in alaska it is almost a necessity. A lot of things they will not ship free but what they will makes it worthwhile and they usually beat walmart (our only big box here) price.
Before amazon, there's the hassle of going to mulitple stores just to be able to find stuff that you urgently need. Because of Amazon, in the convenience of your home, you can just get the items you want worry-free and could be in your doorstep same day, two days depending on the urgency. On top of that, they have really great and reliable Customer Service! I am really grateful Amazon was invented... a real life-saver!

Love this site. If you order lots of stuff online Prime is definitely worth the price saves so much on shipping. They have almost anything that even beats in store prices and sales most times for the things I look for. Shipping can take some time depending on what you order and who the seller is, but most of the time even with out Prime I have had stuff delivered before the expected date. Love Amazon
I've found that Amazon now offers a monthly shipping fee, instead of a yearly fee. I can do that. All my items are always on time, 2 day shipping. Just, careful ordering from China lol

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
