I have had prime since 2012 and order something from Amazon almost weekly. I have been know to go to s store to look at something or try something out, then I go buy it on Amazon. Don't lie you have done it too. If I cannot find something at a store or want to try something that is hard to find wherever I live at the moment, its off to Amazon. If they open a grocery store in my town I might never leave the house again. I use all the prime services; TV, music, free shipping,...
Use it at least once a week, never had a problem with them, keep you informed of where your order is is at, always deliver on time can't fault them for anything A++++++++++
Amazon has decent prices for Prime members and if you can't locate something specific in your town, Amazon is easy. Unfortunately, too many fakes have taken over. I ended up with a knockoff Kylie lip gloss that caused a rash, knockoff vitamins and a supplement I bought there gave me an allergic reaction. Turned out it was sawdust mixed with something called "white cut." (I know a lab tech in FL, sent her a pill to test for me.) There are more Chinese knockoffs on there than not for everything including top name brand stuff. I ended up with a shampoo "sold by" a regular shelf brand here but ended up with a really weird knockoff -packaging and all. Amazon has started putting all products of the same labeling into one big bin. If you buy Olay face cream, you may end up with one by Olay or one of the infamous knockoffs -regardless of who you bought it from and what you paid. It's called "big boxing." Shop with caution.
I bought a mobile phone from them, well everything was good. They delivered it on the time. Even I was not there to receive the mobile(this happened twice) and still the delivery guy was there waiting for me.

Delivery time is exactly what they tell you. If there is a problem they will let you know. Return is easy and 9 times out of 10 you can find the item. I am a 100% user of this company I wish others would follow suit. Great customer service helps a lot!
But I am not happy about adding Paypal to it, and if you are not careful you will miss out on getting to add your promo code, and once you click the link, there is no going back.

I order most things off of Amazon. Good prices, fast shipping. When I receive something that's junk (rare) I can return it without any problems.
I would give a zero if it's an option. I purchased the NuFace Trinity kit. But Amazon only shipped the box with the attachment in one big box. I got the box and thought I got the full order. But when I opened it, I only found the attachment. The machine and the gel were both missing. I contacted customer service but they claimed that they shipped everything in one box and refused to do anything. I spent $400+ but only got an unusable attachment without the machine. Bad experience.
What's worse was that when I tried to post a review sharing my experience, Amazon keeps blocking my review and highlighted the negative parts such as "bad experience", "missing parts" or "I would give a 0 rating" as reasons for not posted.
My husband and I order from this site at least once a week. They almost always have what we are looking for at a cheaper price than other sites or stores. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Amazon!

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
