I consider Amazon my go-to site for just about EVERYTHING! I've ordered small electronics, clothes, gardening supplies, DVD'S and BOOKS! I've never been disappointed. Keep up the good work, Amazon, I'll be ordering again soon.
Just have to shop only with Prime. Stay away from those who don't offer free 2 day shipping. Those who offer the lowest price stated it will take a month to arrived or it is from outside US, my advice is don't buy it, doesn't worth your time for waiting and ends up getting a refund.
I have purchased few items in the past forever ago from them( paid In full) -then I noticed recently o. My bank statements - that they were charging around $12.00 each month - for some sort of " membership". I have never agreed nor did I ever sign up for any " membership" through them. I called them and requested explanation - no reasonable explanation was given other than the fact that I got " memenership" with them... very frustrating, I reported this fraud to my card services, and new card is on the way because of this fraud. Very annoying... i recommend staying away from them and never give them your financial info!
I used to LOVE Amazon, but in the past month, I've had two purchases go south. Most recently, I order some running shoes, paid and never got them. They did refund my money (and did that for a whole bunch of other pissed off customers), but my issue is that they're not adequately checking out Sellers before they allow them to sell on their site. Seems profit is overshadowing good transactions. This is the second time in the past month this has happened.
Well maybe not! But it certainly seems that way-- Just do a search; any search for that matter... And 12 times outta 10 Amazon will pop up in your feed! I've ordered everything from Black Jamaican Castor Oil to white ink gel pens for my calligraphy needs and I'm ALWAYS pleased. And their listing/selection of mp3's range from the great Louis Prima to those wonderful chanting monks! Possibly one of THE BEST sites around
I have been an Amazon customer for over five years now and I love Amazon! I am a Prime member so I get two day shipping free shipping on any item that is listed as Prime. I also get Prime TV and music for free. I almost always find what I want on Amazon and at the price point I want to spend, great selection of styles, sizes and colors in womens and mens fashion/shoes, lots of cool tech items, home decor, bath and kitchen, lol, I think I have purchased something from almost every category Amazon has. Amazon also has some of the best customer service in my opinion. The few times that I needed to have an issue resolved, their CS agents have been courteous, friendly, helpful and able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction immediately. Amazon is a great place to shop and I love their service.
I have an android phone and the kindle app. Being able to download books from library and get them from Amazon for free with my android Kindle app has been wonderful. I love the quick shipping, the products and prices.
They locked my account and will not unlock for me I don't care about the account I created a new one but I don't use credit cards online so I had gift cards on there about 50 bucks Worth and they refused to refund my money
Best thing ever invented. Amazon never disappoints, their prices are the best and also the people in customer service try to help you out as much as they can. The only issue I see is that whenever I call someone with a really strong accent answers the phone. But I guess that's just one thing.
Well join Amazon Prime is a key to win. Not only the shipping speed is a two days, but also the returnning is easy like cake. I think most of the online shopper are more care about the shipping speed like me beacuse we all want our items as soon as possible such like in day or two. Then Amazon will be you first chose. Anyway I like it the most.
I have ordered from Amazon in the past, received quality service as well as the absolute best customer service! Wish I had used them to purchase the Bell & Howell taclight instead of those that scammed me on the 800 number!

I've had almost all good experiences with Amazon. The only problems I've had were when I bought things through Amazon not owned by the company (both times it was from China, and it wasn't Amazon's fault). I love the website, and get almost everything shipped from there.
I have been a regular buyer on Amazon for some time. They use to be helpful and careful to give good service. Recently Amazon changed their music system where they expect you to become a month subscriber. I lost music when they changed. Now they tell me either I have to have receipts for what they took from me or I can just do with out unless I sign up by the month. In other words, they feel no obligation to make good on my purchases unless I intend to sign up and pay them every month for the right to what I already paid for. Absolutely none of them will give me back what I paid for. So, I will not buy from Amazon again unless they give me back what they took from me. You can count on that Amazon. I don't want any excuses. There have been other problems with Amazon. Orders are packed sloppy and they leave things out. And don't take one of their credit cards. There is no way to correlate what you buy with the card.
If you can't find it on Amazon, it's probably not made. This is my favorite site to buy stuff on as evident by my high Amazon CC balance. Both the wife and I have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Amazon
We seldom had a problem and in those problem cases, the company acted satisfactorily. We actually do not buy anything on line from another vendor if Amazon has it and even if it is priced a little higher.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
