Who don't live amazon? Like you can find things that have been discontinued for years on this website, and some really good items for great prices! I have literally shopped here since the beginning of time, and I'll remain a loyal customer as well. I also love the amazon prime 2 day shipping as well which is very convenient!

Customer service has always been among the top. There are some sellers on Amazon that are a bit shady. But Amazon tends to have a better marketplace than ebay, which is full of shysters.
My Amazon Prime account has been truly amazing. I have had items ordered and delivered hours later. How they do it I do not understand. You can save immeasurable amounts of money by using them as your source for almost anything imaginable. Customer service and returns are the best possible anywhere.

I ordered a product on Amazon. The seller guaranteed delivery by a certain date. When the date had past, I emailed the seller several times but I never received a response from them. Then I contacted Amazon directly, and they submitted an the A to Z claim; they would contact the seller. A number of days went by, and I never heard anything whatsoever from the seller or Amazon. Then I called Amazon again and they told me the seller had canceled the order because they no longer had the product in stock. I was extremely frustrated for several reasons: 1) The seller never should've given me a delivery date if they didn't have the product. 2) The seller should've replied to my multiple emails. 3) Amazon should've followed up on their A-Z claim and notified me of the status and they certainly should've contacted me after the seller canceled the order.
I was also very disturbed that Amazon would not give me a refund initially when I first called them and explained the problem to them I had to wait and wait and wait. Now I have to re-order my badly needed merchandise from another seller. I am not going to use Amazon this time. More importantly, I find that many products that I order through Amazon, ship from China. The problem, it is not clear when ordering that they are shipping from China. But more importantly it always takes much longer than originally promised for the product to arrive. Amazon should make it very clear that the product is shipping from overseas, and they should hold the sellers accountable when they don't ship the product on time.

Far Better that Ebay, As Ebay is only stick on to Paypal and Paypal is killing for Sellers. I will suggest Amazon then Ebay.
I first went on to purchase? As I found it cheaper then other places. BUT! Somehow I got stuck w/some one click thing and somehow I found stuff on my account that I didn't want. I called them and they fixed it w/no problems! I found their customer service to be GREEEEAT! There are Good deals on there but just beware! YOU CAN get carried away! I kept my Amazon card limit low for such reasons! I got some GOOD USED books that are Fab! I know I could Never get these elsewhere for such low prices...! YOU JUST NEED to WATCH what you're getting and BE WARE OF THAT ONE CLICK button! I found it somewhat difficult to delete an item off my account too after I Thought I wanted it. These things you just need to work out...

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
