I purchased two items on the same day. One was supposed have been ship and i received a confirmation email saying that it will be arriving on 05/03. So i took the day off. When i was home waiting for the package i received an email that Amazon advised of a new shipping date. It arrived about 3 days later. I lost out on a day of pay. The other item i have not received and i ordered on 04/26, and Amazon informed me that they i wont be receiving latest 05/16. WOW almost a month to get a Shirt.
The movies are always old and not updated fast enough.
Its ok if you are on Prime, otherwise you need to pay to buy the decent movies.

The last few years all the products we have brought on Amazon appear to be cheap bootlegs and break ASAP, started buying direct from the manufactures. Now it cost more but products last and are better quality.
Overall Amazon is great. Its an easy checkout process, Amazon Prime has some great shows, and you can find everything on here. I have noticed recently that the recommended sellers for a lot of products are "too good to be true prices" and find that those sellers take sometimes a month to ship and mostly are knock offs. If they fix that issue, Amazon will be perfect.
Couldnt believe my eyes when I opened my package from Amazon. I ordered and paid $59.00 for a new Honeywell thermostat. What I received was a blister pack that had been previously opened and taped shut. But the real kicker was that the thermostat had a price tag from Salvation Army on it. On the price tag were the words Used Sold AS IS. Price - $4.99. So someone in the Amazon food chain bought this USED thermostat at a Salvation Army store for $4.99, and sold it to me as NEW for $59.00. Attempts to review this item and seller on Amazon have been denied by Amazon. I cant imagine why I would trust Amazon and continue buying through them in the future.
I've used Amazon for the most of my online shopping and never had a bad experience. Couple times my items took a bit, but most of the time they arrive in time and happy with my items.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
