There are times I made purchases and items looked very different than the picture on their websites. It does affect me sometimes but when they make mistake, they're always willing to fix the issue. Therefore, I can trust them and continue to be their customer. Trust is a big element in a seller and buyer relationship.

Costing thousands and thousands of jobs. INdefensible treatment of warehouse workers. Exploitation of marketplace sellers especially smaller sellers. I never buy there anymore because of this.

Never had a bad experience with them other than they dont always e-mail me when they should. Ill do business with them again because they have everything for sale I could want.
I had an unauthorized purchase via someone else's minor who thought it was ok to just buy stuff lol. Well, I let them know what happened and their only response was Amazon only gives you 30 mins to cancel. Well, that doesn't apply here - not to mention i let them know it wasnt authorized 2 hours later. They didnt even start shipping until 2 days later.
So after I let them know, their next reply talked about a 20% restocking fee, up to 50% depending on the condition. I told them I already cancelled my credit card, notified my bank, notified Amazon. I also told them if they play a part in this, they can be considered accessory to fraud. That's no bueno.
Whatever you do, please avoid Home Online vendor. Yes, they're in the US.
EVERY1 HAS USED AMAZON BEFORE, BECAUSE IT IS SO RELAIBLE AND IT'S SO FAST. LITTERALLY YOU CAN GET STUFF THE SAME DAY. MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER PLACES THAT ARE LIKE THEM.
