I order 2 shirt from a seller on amzone and I never receive it. Send many email and doesn't not answer... I call amazone and they can't do nothing so I have to call visa to said that my item was never receive and they refund it. I'm lucky to deal with visa...
I like the prices, but unless if your using prime orders take too long to arrive. I had some items come in that were incorrect, but was able to send back free of charge and was refunded the money as soon as UPS scanned the return barcode.
Amazon customer service is excellent. They arent too easy to contact but once you are in the system they are completely focused on sorting the issue. I've paid for prime and will continue to shop on Amazon in the future.
Amazon is the best place to by your itrms, but thier is small issue for none US based shoppers, they take tax on some orders, otherwise this site is excellent

The amount of things I have found is ridiculous, and if I don't love my item I can return it, hassle free! Prime is worth it, because with all the ordering I do, two day shipping all year for a low cost is wonderful. The prime feature also has other perks, and I love all the Kindle options. My go-to website for just about everything I want to look up!
I can find anything I want. One-click checkout and the ability to easily ship to family and friends is huge.

Bought a electric shaver razor and was supposed deliver 5-8 days. I got a email saying 21-40 days for deliver. When tried to cancel that went sour. I told them my beard would be to long to use this shave by the time I get it. I wonder if they were walking to my house for delivery. Never again. They need to teach their foreign support team customer retention management.
I think Amazon is amazing - 2 day delivery for 99 per year - this is perfect. I look fist on amazon.com if they have what I am looking for before I look anywhere else.
Hooray for amazon's new lower threshold limits on shipping! I'd avoided shopping there for a long time because of that, didn't want to spend that $49 all at once. Or even the $35 all at once. And cheaper doesn't mean slower, sometimes I get stuff well before the expected date. Also love amazon's wide variety of merchandise, lots to pick from in every department.
I bought an electronic device off a seller on Amazon. They had very little experience on Amazon but the price was right so I ordered a device. It was charged to my credit card immediately and shipped to New York instead of Texas where I live. Tracking in Amazon showed delivered to Texas. Tracking in UPS showed New York. Something very fishy about it because seller refused to respond to emails. It took almost 3 weeks to get my refund on my credit card. I told Amazon that this was fraud, but they seemed very unconcerned at first. I should not had to go to as much effort as I did to get my money back.

I have only had two bad experiences with Amazon and one of them was extremely expensive. I ordered a Fire along with a keyboard and a cover. The accessories arrived first. The Fire didn't arrive for 3 months. I hated it and decided to return the accessories that I hadn't even opened yet. They were still in their original packaging. Amazon refused to take them back because it had been more than sixty days. Of course, I had no idea how worthless they were until I got the Fire. The Kindle is great. The Fire is a dud. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Amazon gets pretty much everything right. I admire Amazon's continual growth into new products/services/offerings. WOW. I order everything from Amazon - or at least check Amazon first. Amazon is a huge part of my family's life: ordering across many categories constantly, having new Kindle Fire (I just ordered a new 8" Kindle Fire and LOVE it. Amazing price.) We love Amazon in this household and spend much, It is a great website, online presence, tool, and service. PRIME membership is simply divine. Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
