This is another site that you need several hours to browse. Get ANYTHING from new to used and pricing is not bad. If you know exactly what you are looking for this would be the site to check because they probably have it and the prices are pretty good, depending on if new or used.
All of my purchases have been as advertised. Refunds, when required, have been prompt and dependable.
I've ordered a lot from Amazon over the years, used to love them, but policies have changed. Maybe just too big and don't know how to manage it. Just yesterday I had an order from a vendor needed to be canceled. The vendor sent an email that said no problem, I'd bought from them before. At the same time received one from Amazon saying it was shipped. On Sunday? Still have not received an answer to correct status. The main issue with Amazon though is their free shipping. You have to buy so much to qualify, an amount they raise at times. Yet if you take advantage of this your order goes to the back of the line. Not always do they meet the promised shipping date if it takes too long, they just change it. This has happened every time it seems like. It's taken up to a week before for an item to ship out when choosing free shipping, but if you use a debit card they bill you when an order placed, not when shipped as most vendors do. Vendors have an authorization when placing an order so payment guaranteed until shipped, then hard charge, but Amazon actually runs it through now when order placed. Maybe they know it may take a week to ship. They've actually acknowledged using free shipping makes it a low priority order. Only if a private vendor ships themselves does it go out faster. They're CS is apparently outsourced which at times makes it hard to communicate. Just not the same Amazon it once was.
Amazon is great. Just read carefully where your items are being shipped from. Expect 1-4 weeks delivery time

I was surprised to see bottled water was cheaper here than in stores, so I thought I'd try this delivery system. Got the water for less, had it delivered for free, and not a single bottle broke. Winner winner ribeye dinner.
I called Amazon and was somehow diverted to a crook who tricked me into paying for a $150 gift card (which of course the criminal used, leaving me with the bill). I've been trying to report this scheme to Amazon since 4/28/17 and have contacted them at least 5 times. They have gotten the report wrong or sent it to the wrong department repeatedly. I find this poor investigation of fraud on their customers shocking!
In my opinion the most legit online shopping source you will find. Been using several online shops many times and been disappointed many times. For now, Amazon is the one and only. At least for me. Fast shippment, excellent service.
I have found a lot of items here for myself and my wife here, at Christmas time I had gotten 6 gift cards all totaling about 200.00 dollars I was in heaven did my shopping and received all my items within a 2 week period just love this site.
Amazon is great but when shipping something back for a refund some times they do 3-5 different refunds amount for one transaction it's very hard to keep track and sometimes refund don't even show up

I love Amazon, I have been a Prime Amazon customer for at least 3years now. I love Amazon. I can find anything I want, at a reasonable price, usually shipped for free. There are also used products they may offer, the quality is always stated, and I find that something that says very good condition, always appears brand new to me. I will always use Amazon for comparison shopping, always considering I receive most items (prime)within 2 days, which I think everyone likes.
