The more I use Amazon the more I want to use it. Great customer support, tracking of orders/order management and filtering of products to help make buying decisions. Also, great buys, if not from Amazon directly then from their allied venders. If you decide to join "Prime" you also have access to free music and movies. I can't say enough.

Amazon will look out for the consumer quite vigorously when dealing with sponsored sellers.

That being stated sites that sell through Amazon do not come with the great service.
If buying from Amazon ensure it is with a sponsored seller.

I have been shopping on Amazon for several years. I do my price comparisons before buying and if Amazon has the best price then I will make the purchase. The most important reasons for shopping on Amazon is the speedy delivery and not worrying whether the quality will match the description. I don't worry about sellers ripping me off.

I've been a Prime member since they began offering memberships and I really can't imagine my life w/o Amazon. Our family uses it for literally everything!
I still try to price watch and sometimes other sites will have a better price but the determining factors for me are a) how fast can the competitor get items to me and do they charge for shipping b) how easy is it to return or exchange things with the competitor?
Amazon will literally do whatever it takes to make you happy. They do not want customers walking away from a purchase unhappy. There have been times when an item quit working or got broken after the 30 day return period and they still did what they could to make it right. The amount of convenience coupled with their superior customer service brings me back to them time and time again.
They have a huge selection of everything and they stand behind it all. Amazon Prime is a very well thought out organization that has determined there is great value in repeat business and to keep that business they make sure you're happy. Need to return something? They do all the work - getting you labels, having UPS pick it up etc... they've just really thought it all out and their continually growing business is proof that they're doing things right!

In January of this year I was visiting my daughters for my grand daughters birthday and I ordered her a " Monster High" and it was in perfect condition and it was on time, Actually it was three days early so it was in plenty of time for her birthday

I order stuff online all the time, Amazon for some reason seems to have issues getting me my stuff, no one else does, I order off of ebay, different clothing stores, tiger direct all kinds of places but for some reason when I order from amazon they let me buy stuff that they run out of stock on, like recently I ordered some cables from amazon themselves not an individual seller and they said it would be here on 5/15 I ordered it on 5/10 I did not pay for expedited shipping cause I was ok with it taking a week or so to get but here we are at 5/24 and it still isnt here not to mention the other items I ordered as well. I have had this happen a few time with them. Disappointing.

We sell items through AMAZON Prime. We ship our items to a AMAZON Warehouse. AMAZON sells and ships the item to the customer. We were recently returned an item from AMAZON that the customer somehow emerged in water (item is not waterproof) AMAZON returned the item dripping wet to us and AMAZON will do nothing to help us to get reimbursement leaving us with a useless waterlogged product. (Thank you Steven from AMAZON Customer support)
