I've been ordering from Amazon for a long time. When I first began using it, I ordered books and music, but that has expanded over the years to include electronics, clothing, food, and whatever draws my interest. Their A to Z guarantee is just that. If you order from a seller on their site, you don't need to worry about it. The shipping is fast and reasonable. What else can I say? I love the ease of ordering from them. Most of my Christmas gifts are done right there with a few clicks.

As the seller can act as the store itself Amazon, and third parties. In this Amazon is similar to eBay. The description of the goods always corresponds, the delivery is carried out at the agreed time (plus for the FBA service) and excellent support. Superb shop!
Amazon isn't really the place to look for the cheapest items, but the prices are fair. Anytime you're having a really hard time finding something, amazon will have it. The two day shipping with Amazon Prime is awesome and super convenient. I would say this is one of the safer stores for ordering online if you want to make sure you get something that works. Also, they have all books ever.
I'm a member of Prime and a routine shopper. Unfortunately, Amazon no longer has my back. The quality of goods is not consistent. They no longer back the consumer as they sell inferior products. Granted the price is low but poor quality means the consumer pays.

I have been an Amazon customer for as long as Amazon has been. I am a Prime member. I order weekly, but no more because of their customer no service. I have never had a problem before, everything I ordered was shipped to my address no problem. Until one $24 order did not arrive. The courier claimed they attempted delivery on a Tuesday when I was home all day and I refused the delivery. It NEVER happened, no deliver attempt was made! Still Amazon reduced my refund by $6 and I did nothing wrong! I complained to the Amazon vendor twice, no reply, then finally I was able to find out how to complain to Amazon directly. They didn't even read my emails obviously and just responded case closed I refused delivery WHICH IS A LIE. Kicked in the teeth after years of being the best customer. They sacrificed my years of faithful business over $6. How does such a stupid company make Bezo so rich. I don't get how they survived with such horrible customer service!

L got computer for Christmas, dropped it they replaced it, it took a while but even got it cheaper so l bought something else too.
Amazon is the place I primarily go for product reviews, then buy them elsewhere. Amazon never really seems to offer great deals unless you have Amazon Prime, in which case you would want to use it very regularly for it to become worth the yearly fee. Once in a while, I'll find something on Amazon that has a cheaper price than eBay or other random websites I find through Google Shopping, but probably 3 out of 4 times, I find that their prices are higher than the super discounted prices you can find on eBay, and are more on par with your local department stores. I also almost never find free shipping an option on Amazon, but you see it all the time on eBay. The only thing Amazon has going for them is the convenience factor of buying online, and of course a ton of product reviews to narrow down what you're looking for. Fortunately for me, I've been buying online well before Amazon became a big thing and I know of other places to grab good stuff for a fraction of the price.
I emailed customer service, they emailed me back and credited my account for an item which was not received. Thanks Amazon for being an honest online shopping business!

The delivery agent never turned up on 24th May and updated the status as customer unavailable for delivery due to which the delivery was postponed to 25th may. On 25th may it was again assignwd to karthik for delivery. Despite continuous
Calls from my end Kartik never answered my calls nor even followed up for the delivvery. Also the escalation had being marked to Amazon customer services on 24th may 2017 ans the ezecutive assured that the parcel will be delivered for sure on 25th may by some other agent. Still no action was taken despite the non delivery of the product now the parcel is returned to the seller. Again on calling the amazon services the ezecutive tells me that he is sorry for the loss but told me to order the product onc again rather than co operating and getting the delivery done. The delivery agent disconected the call by saying " hum amazon k employee nahi hai, banega to delivery karenge, warna jo karna hai kar lo, jaha complain karni hai kar lo"
This has been a pathetic customer service offered by Amazon wherein your delivery guys do not care about the importance of the parcel and the customer and are so rude and unprofessional. The customer services are more of a feeling sorry rather than going ahead and acting upon the raised escalations. Pathetic customer experience.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
