I looove Amazon. I think they're one of the greatest companies in the world. Their customer service is consistent and top notch. They pioneered and pretty much standardized the free and fast shipping model. They fought long and hard to preserve tax free sales in California. They went from a humble bookseller to a powerhouse that distributes technology, automates reordering of consumables, pairs buyer and sellers of anything you can think of, and has one of the most powerful product review systems. This is the darling of the tech industry and is the way to go.

We often order via Amazon, it's quick, easy and they always have anything we want. S We recently started streaming some of their web series like Catastrophe and I Love $#*!. I can't wait for their new seasons to start. Both are thoroughly entertaining and hilarious, and beat with HBO and Showtime have been showing as of late, other than Game of Thrones, Big Little Lies and The Night Of. The movies choices are also great. So I've been quite pleased with Amazon.
I have had Amazon Prime for around three years now. As the majority reason for people getting Prime is for the two-day shipping, I'll focus on that.
Delivery: It's two days from shipment, not from ordering.
Returns: You may have to pay for return shipping if you simply change your mind and send an item back.
Third-Parties: If the item is not fulfilled by Amazon, you don't get Prime shipping.
