Amazon offers GREAT deals! However, make sure you know where your product is coming from! When domestic usually delivery CANT BE BEAT, however international relievers often get delayed with NO explation! They still will always have my business!

Easy to locate what you are looking for, usually the identical product on the other companies website. Plus with Amazon Prime shipping and handling is usually free and it is very quick. I have had to return very few items but have never had any trouble. Sent return label via email quickly. Sometimes they just tell me to keep the item and that I would be given a full refund anyway. If it's clothing that doesn't fit well, I give it to someone that can wear it and it doesn't cost them a thing. Happy campers.

Amazon had band me from shopping on their website about two years ago because of too many returns and refunds. I was shocked. I was a loyal amazon costumer since 2006 with amazon prime. I couldn't understand why they would shut down my account. I did not know this can happen. So I called amazon costumer service about this issue and the costumer service is very bad. So now I make a new account with a fake name just to buy something. But once I add my debit or credit card, then they close that because they know it's me. But before this happen, I purchased a new phone from amazon and they said it was declined after I was charged for it. I don't understand why this can happen when I had enough money to buy the phone. Amazon refused to give me back my money for the phone I ordered. Amazon is just horrible. Shame on them.
Few times have I ordered Cerave lotions - everything packed fantastic, all closed with plastic foil. Fast shipping, never had a slightest problem. They ship international and I never had to deal here with customs - which is HUGE plus!

I had the typical breakdown of a dehumidifier one month after warranty expiration. I spent $895 to buy a water ionizer filter machine and had a good experience overall. The only complaint I have is they should add split tender. I had to add a gift certificate and apply that before using my Amazon credit card to pay the difference that was over my limit. One ding for that!

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
