Not only do the films lack variety and are mainly of low standard and low budget; the length the good films stay on the site is very short. I saw one film I wanted to watch become available and decided to watch it the day after and it had already been taken down. That means it must've been up for as little as 3 days. BUT lately I have been trudging 1/4 mile down the hallway (VERY large apartment building) to find BOXES and bags of my orders thrown on the floor under the mailboxes on the OTHER side of my building. Sometimes I find these wonderful (NOT!) "surprises" when I'm on my way to go out the door to go to work. THAT needs to be taken care of-- other than that I've been a happy customer with Amazon for 20 years

I bought a Lenovo K6 Note from Amazon, delivered on 13.05.2017 (order nr. **************735). The phone just did not work and I wrote to Amazon on 13.05.2017, 14.05.2017, 16.05.2017 and twice more always through their Amazon.in portal. Once they advised me to write to the supplier which I did. All this was well within the return window as defined by Amazon.
I also posted a review on their website of K-6 and implored Amazon for not responding. My other comment was not posted by Amazon.
Since I reported the defective good as soon as it was received by me and since Amazon took NO ACTION, technically I am within my right to still seek a replacement.
Upon contacting Amazon Customer Care, I was told that Amazon only advertises the product on its website (?) and that since the window of return is closed, they cannot help me.
This is highly irregular and I am stuck with a mobile phone that just does not work.

Usually very honest and you will only get cheaply made stuff when buying things that seem underpriced. They usually are for a reason, but still well worth your money
This is my go to app to find almost anything. This is one app I would find hard to do without. When I was unable to get out after surgery, I even bought my snacks from Amazon. Also, it is an excellent source when cooking for difficult to find ingredients. Their delivery service is phenomenal., my products usually arrive in less than 3 days and being PRIME I do not pay shipping.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
