Amazon has their $#*! together. Customer serivce is awesome. Can't go back wrong with Amazon. I had a package that wasn't delivered. The sent another without any problems. Or they would refund it.

I bought my first Kindle on Amazon.com years ago. Each time I met a problem, the answer was on the website. Then I bought a new one, and am still buying my books --mostly Kindle editions, but also paper ones for presents-- with the utmost satisfaction.
You order a paper book on Monday, it is in your mailbox on Tuesday. Every time I use Amazon I am more addicted to the website!

I love using this website. Most often, the prices are cheaper than anywhere else. The delivery time is fast and the customer service and respect are unparalleled. They handle disputes quickly and amiably.

I ordered Car Sun screen 2 pack a year ago. Two were advertised but one showed up. Complant was ignored my messages and product review rejected

Most of the stuff ordered is good, though I wish delivery was faster. The variety of stuff offered is huge.

For example, I order on Friday and delivered on Monday. Yup! Excellent! If any issues at all with what I bought, there is absolutely no problem getting a refund or even on a return is so very simple.

This site is awesome! Even if I had something defective, you can ship it back, no problem. I order everything from here and it saves me time as well as gas! Thanks Amazon!

Fast shipping, great products. I have never had to return and everything is as described or better. They have almost everything I need and rarely have to go elsewhere for products.

DON'T TRUST REVIEWS ON AMAZON.
They mostly refuse to post the NEGATIVE reviews.
I've tried over a time to post several negative reviews using normal language, no reason not to accept. But the just don't post them.

My family goes on this site first when we have to buy anything and everything. Lots of good bargains & timely delivery. Products are replaced promptly when issues are presented. No hassle. Very pleased with Amazon prime! We count on it for great service almost every day.

I love this site. I've ordered everything from clothes, shoes, toys, and seasonings. Never had a problem with my delivery or service. The fact of delivery also on the weekend is a plus to me as well as prime time delivery. I would give amazon 100 stars!

I ordered 4GB RAM Samsung phone from Amazon but they sent me 2GB RAM phone. I want ti return or exchange that phone and call on their customer support number but they didn't respond me well. Very bad experience with them

Have contacted them a few tilmes, always a fast solution offered. Its a big firm but it still feels human when you communicate with them.

Buy from Amazon, not the 3rd party sellers, and you will always come up a winner. Great prices, quick and free shipping, quality brands, they have it all!
