Amazon and I are best friends and when it comes to shopping I go there first! They are reliable, fast and easy to return things if it is not right. I have Prime for free shipping and the Prime gives many other benefits too. Well worth the yearly fee.

Amazon used to be a good place to shop. The last year they can not seem to get items shipped on time. No use to call because they do not care. My orders always arrives late. No company should take 2 weeks to send out an order. What good is good selection if I have to order a month before I need it?

I placed an order with Amazon, but then cancelled the order to change the shipping method to faster shipping. When I tried to pay for the items my account was block. I received an email stating that I need to fax my credit card statement, which I did (fax was expensive from my country to the US, almost $6). I waited 48 and decided to phone Amazon Customer Support and within 24 hours I received a response that the fax was illegible. Lesson learned, do not cancel an order!

I had bought a part for my dad's truck and when I was asked for a refund because we didn't need it any more and I asked for a refund and explained why but because I didn't respond right away because I had a funeral to attend now I have a part that I can not use or need. I am also out of over $100 so people watch what you buy on here because if you need to send it back you are sol.

I have been buying from Amazon for a few years now and I find it very cost effective and easy. I get my stuff quickly and it is very easy. I have NEVER had a problem with an Amazon order and I use Smile Amazon which donates money to my charity of choice, which happens to be providing clean drinking water for people who NEED it. It doesn't cost me a thing as Amazon donates a portion of the cost of items that qualify and I would guess that about 70% of my orders have been qualifying orders. I wanted to make people aware of this program because I think it is a GREAT idea and there are lots of different causes that you can choose to donate to.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
