Never had 1 problem with amazon. Fastest delivery & no hassle returns. Not like EBay, which is the worst. Amazon web site is easy shop on. They have almost anything you want. Prices are good.

Excluding clothes, I do almost all of my shopping on Amazon and am always satisfied. I am a Prime member, so delivery takes 2 days. Being a Prime member, I watch free movies read my books on my Kindle Reader. When I've had a problem, I contact Amazon and they take care of it. Seriously, what's not to like!

I used my prime account to order 4 items last week, all were in stock and to ship same day. Item one spark plugs for boat, ups gave to usps 1 mile from home and they sent back to sender because spark plugs can go to a po box. AMAZON.COM only had my home address not a po box why did they TransFer to usps making them undeliverable and didn't bother to contact me. Getting a refund
Items 2-4 advertised in stock 3-5 days out when didn't show up I checked and they are now 2 months out. But these can't be cancelled because they already started the process. Long story short cancelled all orders and prime account. Going back to brick and mortor shopping can't rely on amazon.

Amazon is Amazing!
Even though I do not spend the money for a PRIME membership-- I get my deliveries quicker than most any other online places. And they are cutting down on superfluous packaging... it could be less and still arrive intact and secure.
It gets really confusing and wasteful to have multiple boxes received over time. I would rather have one box with everything ordered. Also, I am really picky about what I buy, so sometimes Amazon reviews indicate that what was received was different than what was pictured. They also take a long time to receive the items when you get free shipping, not the case with Walmart.com. If you want a book quicker, Barnes and Noble.com for a small delivery charge.
I prefer to go with small companies with personal service but Amazon won me over years ago and dont nickel and dime me if a product is damaged or I want a return. One of the few mega companies I trust.
I got some goods, cheap prices when you know when to buy. Amazing feedback and many ways to track your stuff, best return policy.
I use Kindle and like sampling books before buying. Prime delivery is great. I buy items I might buy at the grocery store but much prefer having heavy and bulky things brought right to my front door. I shore by ratings on The Wirecutter, Google and Amazon. The Wirecutter is the best and many of their best picks are easy to find on Amazon. I am planning to try Amazon's new home service and their meal delivery program. I also want to watch them take on eBay with no auctions and better pricing for sellers. I would like to see Amazon knock out Walmart. I am a fan of Amazon video too but there are sites for tv shows and movies that are better than Amazon. I am also hoping Amazon Prime Video figures out how the viewer can select English subtitles for Nordic Noir tv shows. That's a mystery!

Customer Sales after Service is excellent. It safeguards the Interest of the BUYERS. No loss to Customers on the Items bought from Amazon. If goods returned for some reason or the other, it refunds EVEN THE corrier charges born on Return.
Before you go shopping look on Amazon. The reviews are very helpful and it is a great way to see if your local store is ripping you off. I am a prime member so I get movies, books and fast shipping. I gave up Netflix because I think the movies Amazon offers on prime are enough. Save on gas and use your time for more enjoyable things by shopping on Amazon.
I order like everything from Amazon! I'm a buff! I am a prime member and can't get enough Amazon! Everyone should use Amazon because you will save money for sure!
The site has easy searches, good speed, tons of sellers, and smooth checkout. I am able to get everything I want at a great price and with Prime, i get it in 2 days. Great job Amazon!
What is there bad to say about Amazon? They have everything and you get it in 2 days! They're the best thing to happen to all of us, the worst thing for brick and mortar stores!
