I love the books and I give reviews on ARCs that I receive. I order Bio Freeze, Black Mask, and Black and White skin lightener for wounds on my legs from bilateral knee replacements. The prices are excellent!

I have been a prime member for years and always get my items delivered in a timely manner. However, when there are third-party sellers occasionally, there may be a delivery issue but Amazon will fix it promptly.

Which I had read just after realizing I have never ordered any product from any vendor or manufacturer, when it was stated as a 'backorder'!

So I cancelled our order. And over the next 50+ hrs reviewed the posting and noticed...! Within 20 hrs Amazon dropped mention on the product posting that the product was sold and fulfilled by them, leaving pricier seller options...! Last time I chkd it had come back stating, ' shpg within 1-2 months' Up from 3-6 wks! But is still listed under their promo' units, 'amazon choice... available to ship immediately' catalog for this product line-up. { ehhh!?}

So they did not follow-up on all the FYIs I submitted to them within my 'pleasant' email conversations with their heavily scripted CS unit. But kudos they did do sooome updating;)

Glad I cancelled, for a couple reasons,_who knows when delivery would actually happen_and the unknowns were now conflicting with a road trip.

Will I attempt to do business thru Amazon (?) probably not, unless the product of interest is 'In Stock', and waaay cheaper than regional vendors!

Never used Amazon before.

Used to vendors shipping ordered item within a couple business days. Always use the cheaper shpg method usually USPostalService, as I believe as long as it gets here safe and sound why pay more for a service that uses same trucks and planes.! Placed order thru Amazon (seller is listed as them) and items stated available new to sell, is over a dozen.! Shipping date stated on order tracking timeline is 39 days after date order placed. Kind of extreme ya would think.

Then on same timeline, possible arrival date is like 6 days previous to the forecast shipping date. Interesting!

Granted don't know all the workin's of this 'operation', but hope it moves along quicker than their forecast.

Otherwise, this will probably be the first and last time utilizing the 'amazon' :)

This is a top site that I do love. I buy and sell on Amazon I do not how I was able to manage before it came along. I do highly recommend this place to shop and to sell so if you have any kind of passion to get what you want and what you want fast this is the #1 place for to have that happen.

Amazon as far as delivery drivers and instructions upon delivering packages, is non-existent. You guys are $#*!s, that don't ever follow instructions, it's not like we live in a crappy neighborhood, just a lower middle class neighborhood. So maybe the intelligence of the drivers is lower middle class.

Either way, Amazon you guys suck, you guys are $#*!ed, your CEO is $#*!ed, your warehouses are $#*!ed.

Amazon go screw yourselves, go find a Home Depot, you pot smoking hill billies.

Trashing your privacy

I do not know the whole extent but I have seen that software developers and Internet service providers in a way have been working with Amazon to spy on you so then they can attempt to target online users with products that they might be interested in.

If you have some program working deep with in your OS or possibly working as an other program on your PC spying on you it is possible that Amazon is to Blame.

Web browsers like Opera should not be working with companies like Amazon I don't want to see Amazon adds off line any more then I care to see them online.

Since Amazon is investing in spying on you to try to target you with ads it raises questions as to what other personal information they might be trying to obtain about
People.

If I surf the web I should able to do so with out ever seeing names like Amazon, Wall-Mart, Google, Face Book and many others that try to blast me and others with there junk ads.

As matters of customer satisfaction of sales of products that Amazon provides I can't comment a hole lot about that. Maybe they are very dependable and reasonably prices I can't comment much about that because I have never boughten anything from Amazon personally.

From what I have seen of Amazon they have very deceptive business practices and should simply be boycotted globally because of the shady practices they implement for advertising and spying on potential consumers.

Bought an electronic item from Amazon and returned it. Have now dealt with Amazon chat twice about refund and found it excruciating. First time, I told them vendor had received item back but no refund after seven days. Was told I would have to wait 60 days before they would review! Second time, today, Aug. 4th, was told they had done refund 7 days before (I had received email confirmation of that fact), but refund wasn't there. I had used my Amazon credit card. Asked for four digits of account they refunded to and was told they couldn't give it to me for security reasons. They told me to take it up with issuing bank; and, as I told them I didn't know which bank that was since I didn't get that information!

Will NEVER buy electronics through Amazon again (which tend to be returned more, at least by me) and would be hesitant on ANY large dollar purchase to avoid the hellish treatment on refunds.

EBay and PayPal are MUCH easier to deal with on refunds, even AliExpress is easier to deal with.

Amazon has lost a lot of their cache with me (and I still don't know where to look for my money.

I shop at butchers, grocers, cheesemongers, and I pride myself on supporting small local businesses.
But when it comes to online ordering I only use amazon, It's juts so quick, easy, and secure.
I'm even aware of the poor ways their staff are treated.
But when I've got the option of ordering with Amazon and receiving the item next day, or to take the risk on a website I've never heard off, not used before, will receive the item in 5-77 days and worry that if anything is wrong with it how their customer services department (if one exists) will handle the situation, I just can't bring myself to use anything but amazon.

Great Value on Some of the items I buy, Some Vendors Buy the Bulk I Can't, and offer it at pretty much unbeatable prices! Of course it depends on what your shopping for! Amazon Pay is great protection for the Customer!

My recent orders got delayed, even though I pay extra to be a prime member. Amazon does not pay attention to deliveries. Im very dissapointed by them. My recent order supposed to be within a month, and after a month they sent me the option do delay it to one more month. Their only help option is to cancel the order. Im not satisfied as a prime member

Amazon is a good place i would say. Most of the time they do have better prices than other retailers and the prime service is valuable. Customer service is usually pretty good although if you have a problem and need to dispute an order it can take a ridiculous amount of time. This is more so if you order items that are not sold/shipped from Amazon directly. For me it took 4.5 MONTHS to get a refund for an item I didnt even order. However I've also had packages that did not arrive by the schedualed date and they gave me a full refund no questions asked. So like i said it's pretty good though it does have its annoyances. Keep in mind that I do still shop here regularly so the good does outway the bad a majority of the time. It is my go to site for anything I need when I dont want to pay full price.

I constantly go to Amazon for my books, DVD's, crafting supplies, some jewelry and whatever I may need because I can always count on them to have my product and get it shipped and delivered on time. I Love Amazon!
