You can find almost everything there but they DO NOT care what the sellers do. They need tighter controls. Had an awful experience with one, or 2. They also play the switch game. If product isn't available with the seller you choose they send it from another without your knowledge even if it's a different brand etc. I could list 5 more incidents. Not their biggest fan and... please refer to review title.

I've found things in their daily deals, continue shopping to get to the free shipping limit, and then lose the sale price. Very aggravating. Also, I don't like them saving my credit card info. I've bought 2 "free" books that weren't free anymore and didn't see it in time to stop clicking the button. Once you click, you've paid $4 or $5 for a "free" ebook.
I live far away from the asian center in my town. I therefore buy a lot of oriental food on Amazon such as shirataki & udon noodles, aged & organic miso, and dried nori snacks They deliver on Sunday free of charge to me as a member. This is true service.

1 month ago i ordered 1 iphone 6s all were going good it said it will be delivered within 5-7 days and received a mail as well stating your order is been confirmed. After 3 days i received a text message stating that my order is on hold due to some issue contact our service center. I tried logging in and check WHAT'S WRONG? But it could allowed me to login stating my account is been locked. LIKE SSLY? After spending almost 4 days on call they said they will start with the shipping thing and after couple of minutes they cancelled my order and they also declined the payment and still the account is blocked. WHY? There were no reason for it when i called service centre they were juz blaming each other with different commitments. At last Amazon Sucks will never buy it agan from amazon...
Ordering on Amazon used to be efficient. Now they just try to sell you Prime. If you don't have Prime, expect a two week shipping time. Time to go back to the big box stores.
When I first heard about paying to have Amazon prime I scoffed at that. I am a deal hunter by nature and added fees sounded ridiculously unnecessary. I got a student discount though and was able to try it at half price. I have to say I use it ALL the time. I love the 2-day shipping (usually makes it), the easy and often free returns, the television and movies to watch, the music to listen to, the early sale access, and the customer service is top notch. A few times I had a complaint they squared me away in minutes. I even had an item break shortly after I received it and they took it back no questions asked. They refund you as soon as you ship the item back as well. I know there is more they offer. I feel that it makes this a good deal esp if you are always purchasing items online. If you bought a music subscription service or tv/movie service it would also easily cost as much or more than this alone.
I was hesitant to order form this company but I was SUPER impressed with costs and shipping was SUPER fast. I'll definitely purchase from Amazon in the future :)
The site sends me a confirmation purchase email and then cancels my purchase for no reason. They cannot get there system to process payments as well as Ebay does.
Cant go wrong... credible, reliable, totally top of the line enterprise. Get all the bells and whistles to make it worth your while.
