My amazon prime order was late... very late. Finally, after a week of waiting in agony for my important package to arrive at my front door, I decided I have had enough. I grabbed my laptop, and furiously typed, "Amazon customer service," into the google search bar. As I sat on hold for about two minutes, I thought, "wow, I hope this all works out in my favor!" Soon enough, a nice young man answered my prayers. He could not fix the fact that my order was lost, but he did help me very much. God bless.

I live in a small town, 100 miles from the nearest shopping centers. We have stores here, but their selections are limited and expensive. I know that I can find whatever I need or want on Amazon. And, since I am a Prime member, most things arrive in two days. Don't k now what I would do without it!

Amazon allows false advertisement from third party sellers. While Amazon has always treated me very well when purchasing from them, they still allow other sellers to cheat you.
First time using Prime. Baught 1500$ worth of stuff. Amazon charged each order 2 times for a "pre authorization". It ended up taking 4 business days and lots of arguing over the phone to get the 1500 dollars they were holding for no reason back. Not cool
