I love Amazon Prime! I like to get my items quickly, and with Prime that is possible. Amazon is always fair and provides refunds when there is a problem with a purchase.

My only reservation is they claim to have free shipping with Prime but the products that are available with Prime always cost about $2.00 more. Don'the they think we can figure that out? Why do they call it free shipping?

This is my go to bookstore. I also can check titles instantly anytime. The comprehensiveness of Amazon is unbelievable. I buy 99% of my books and many other things at Amazon. I am also using Kindle on my computer and iPad which means that many of my purchases are migrating to Kindle.

First time amazon prime member, waste of money. I should have listened to some negative reviews. They failed to deliver the package on the said guaranteed date not ONCE but already TWICE and I had been a member just few months back. Not only I wasted my money on the membership but also my time coz I had to wait for the next day to accept the package.

I have made many purchases with Amazon and all have been delivered promptly and correctly. They have also stood behind what they sell if there is a problem.
