I've been disappointed in delivery times of Amazon vendors - some who have simply failed to get original merchandise or warranty replacements picked up for delivery to me, and others who haven't had their products delivered when "estimated" while I can't tell who is to blame.

I also was thrilled that they are a big supporter of e books of short story writers. Publishers are just not there in that market anymore but Amazon offers short story writer a publishing platform. They are not perfect but are pretty easy to work with and have a good selection.

Do not just write on review web pages, on their terms and conditions you will find a link to their legal representative where you can file an official dispute and if you have a good case you will win and they will pay the fees. It's Article 6 under legal.

Amazon had been exceedingly bad recently and they do not provide any proper support, they are evidently stealing my money. Could it be that the senior manager is no longer interested in the affairs of the day to day consumers or they are as corrupt as well, I don't know. Whatever it is this needs to become as public as possible I already contacted their arbitrator, I am writing to everyone who may record the incident against them and I advise everyone to do the same.

I was looking for a nice watch to give my niece on her birthday. Found a seller in Amazon, discussed all the details and the product reached me about 3 days later. The watch, though used, looks almost new. The ordering process was flawless.

I cannot recall when I first started shopping on Amazon but sometime around 2005. I have never been disappointed by their customer service - and that is saying something because I am old enough to recall when customer service was imperative to success. They may not always have the best prices and some of their sellers are a bit skeevey but the customer service has never let me down and I buy 95% of my stuff online!
I love Amazon! I question though why my deliveries are made in the middle of the night. Also they put way out on the drive so they do not trigger the security cameras. Honestly Amazon I will wait until the next morning.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
