My wife and I purchase from Amazon on a regular basis. Even when there has been an issue with an order Amazon has resolved the issue promptly. I have got an incorrect or defective product from them and Amazon has immediately shipped out a new or correct product and never asked for the defective product to be shipped back. They would ask for a picture of the problem and either issue a credit or immediately ship a replacement.

I had an order that I had paid for overnight shipping but when I received the shipping confirmation it showed standard shipping so I immediately called Amazon who shipped the entire order again overnight and told me to keep, donate, or dispose of the duplicate order. I have never ran across such outstanding customer service anywhere else.
We have the Prime membership so usually on purchase Amazon products and not from 3rd party sellers so I can't say much about other sellers on Amazon but can say Amazon itself is amazing. I see why their company only continues to grow every year.

Pretty darn good

So, I'm the guy that has held out on this company forever, but I just signed up to prime and started using Amazon and wow. I have to say I am completely impressed but a little scared they will completely take out small and medium local business.

Amazon are great, but this obviously depends on their suppliers. I try and only buy products that are from the UK, as I have had problems buying stuff from the far east.

Canceling my membership
September 2, 2017

So sick and tired of amazon. I pay for amazon prime and overtime O redid something for same day delivery i never get it! Take this morning for example. I placed my order on time, my order was supposed to arrive by 9pm. 8:55pm my box get scanned as delivered but its not at my house! I called amazon, what do they say? Wait until Monday to see if it gets there. If not come back for a refund...Excuse me?!?!?!? Its supposed to be delivered by an amazon driver! I can not with this site.

I Love Amazon. I am a prime Member for a Small price monthly and I watch Free Movies on My T. V., Laptop, Android and My Apple. I can read thousands of books. Plus anything I buy, most of the times I do not pay S & Handelng. Itemes you can get dirt cheap, I buy my Stylus Pens and depending who you buy them From always look for the Prime Member and they are about 50% cheaper i. E. 20 two sides, one side Stylus other side pen for about $3.00. I've purchased quite a bit from them and usually go to them first before I shop anyplace else.

Amazon basically offers the world at your fingertips and two-day delivery to boot! I judge all competitors pricing by Amazon. They even send you to other retailers who stock the product if they don't. Packaging is usually heavy duty and some items are delivered on SUNDAY (by t USPS)! Too good in all respects: selection, checkout, delivery, customer service, etc. Love Amazon ;)

We ordered a microwave oven. I am still waiting for this item... I required it yesterday and every day I wait I lose $50 in prepared food I cannot prepare. This is substandard service. Amazon? I am apparently still paying the same price to keep waiting... shouldn't 'Amazon' customer service have speeded this through to make up for their mistake/ delay... why does the customer have to bear this inconvenience... it is amazon's fault... yet their customer service stinks.

I don't get why Amazon has to track your every, I mean every move on their site. Not only Amazon but the many many online profiling trackers they have partnered with to track your every move.
I stopped buying from them due to them tracking and suggesting products based on years past purchases.
Never again Amazon, never again.
No need to email them about it though, they don't care what you think.

Ripped off by Amazon

I tried to do business with amazon and never got my order. I filed a claim to get my money back and after my claim it asked me if I wanted a gift certificate. I clicked on it to check it out how it worked and it automatically put my money in a gift certificate form. No option to back out of it even after I spoke with Kate at the call center she told me there was no way out. Amazon has my money and I don't have a choice but to spend it there. Needless to say I'm very disappointed because if you mess up my first attempt at buying from you I don't want to do business with you. I want to make sure the world knows about this scam and stops buying from amazon or do it at your own risk they have been dishonest with me and will be with you as well.
