Amazon is truly a lifesaver. I cannot think of one thing I have wanted or needed that I couldn't find on amazon. The prices are cheaper and with Prime shipping is free. I always get my order quick. And the one time I had to return something, it was so smooth that I still can believe it!

Amazon really a king in their niche. I bought lots of items including wallets, cloths and a laptop. All working fine. You guys rock.

I am always happy with purchases from Amazon. They are fast and the description always meets my expectation of the items ordered. I have ordered books, games, housewares, clothes and shoes and I have never been disappointed.

I like buying from their website and they have a lot of items to choose from. What sets them apart from the rest is the fact that you can buy from them not some seller that works from home.

Many Veterans are not able to shop in stores so they shop on Amazon. I am one of them. I only take my dog into a few places. I love Amazon and the convenience of it.

Nothing bad to say about Amazon. Ebay is cheaper 9 times out of ten. Can't beat prime, however, it's expensive.

Ready to purchase Allen Edmunds Men's shoes and Amazon inability to actually give you the price instead of a $100-$300 range made me shop elsewhere.

Never had problem with my complaint. It's sometimes too expensive compared to other stores, but totally worth it, because of customer service :)

I bought a few items that were "fulfilled by amazon" - never had issues with those.

Stuff here is not the cheapest you can find, but it's very easy to find what you need and order it with a click or two. Convinient:)

Amazon has made my life really simple, I can order my favorite stuff without any hassles at a very reasonable price.

Buying some items can be a crap shoot, especially things like batteries which are often fake. My most recent transaction was just such a thing. Ordered camcorder batteries and received fakes that wouldn't hold a charge.

I order from this site all the time., fast deliveries. Satisfied with everything i have received. Fast svc.

I had a book I had not returned that was a text book, they took my bosses credit card and charged it. The address was not my address nor phone number nothing. I had his credit card on their for office supplies and they charged my boss's credit card and they said you should of read the terms. What terms not my card!

They are a 1-stop shop for everything. You don't have to deal with shenanigans. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you can return it without unnecessary drama.

I love amazon because their prices are usually the best around and include free shipping. Items usually arrive quickly and if you have an issue they will pay for the shipping back to get full refund of the item.

They have the best customer service always! They are resolve any issues whether it is with a return or refund.
