I turned to Amazon when I needed to replace the case for my phone. Verizon had discontinued it. They had it! I also ordered a muscle cream that my late husbands mother had sent us. I'm glad they had it, it works wonders. Nice to know they are there.
Being a Prime member at Amazon has so many rewards!
I will often remember or realize there is something I need and I immediately go to my Amazon app to 1)see if they have it, and 2)check the price. 9 times out of 10 I am able to get what I need at a good price!
Tremendous service. A problem with an order is never a problem. They really keep their vendors on their toes. It's AMAZing that something so big and busy can be run so well!
I love Amazon. I'm a prime customer and order lots of things from the site. My only issue is the courier they sometimes use. Amazon logistics, they deliver things to my neighbours constantly even though my safe place is my front porch and even when I'm in and waiting for them, they sometimes just knock once then go to the neighbour.
As I said I order lots of things and get constant deliveries for that reason I put a note on my door saying please do NOT deliver to neighbours. Yet these amazon logistics delivery guys do but then again most of them can barely speak English let alone read.
Amazon is my go to website for anything that I don't have at home! Love that I get to see the cheapest version of things and the reasonable prices, and the expensive prices. Because they have EVERYTHING! And to make things even better, I'm not an Amazon Prime member but certain items qualify for free shipping when you've spent a certain amount on those items. Love free shipping! Amazon will probably always be my go to for everything!
I have ordered several items from Amazon and all of them were good quality and delivery was excellent
THEY STOLE MY BANKING DETAILS AFTER DELETION AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR AMAZON PRIME IN USING MY DELETED DETAILS AND NOW SAY I HAVE HAD AN ADVERT IN FOR MONTHS DEMANDING PAYMENT. I HAVE HAD TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT TO STOP THEM TAKING MONEY.
I love Amazon! I ordered a commercial vacuum and it came within two days. It works very well.
Additionally, I ordered a bathing suit that also arrived quickly and fits perfect.
Amazon sells anything and everything that you can everything that you could dream up and you will be given options as to as to which brand or seller would work for you based on reviews, price point and when it can be delivered to your home.
Every company should run their businesses this way. Relentless focus on customer satisfaction and designing a platform and UX that other companies want to follow.
I have ordered several times over the years from Amazon-and have always that a good result-so I will keep buys on Amazon
I order through Amazon very frequently & I've never had a problem. The prices are always the same or cheaper, delivery is fast & I can get things delivered that I can't pick up by myself. Customer service is great, they are friendly, they solve your problem & they never rush you. Love Amazon!
Gone are the days when amazon.com valued its buyers! HA! Your purchase will be held hostage until you PAY UP for shipping- where the *real* (free) money is! I wish I could share my screenshots of their supposed tracking information- USPS states "September 7,2017, 9:13 am Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item, ETNA, OH *******/ September 7,2017, 5:14 pm Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item ETNA, OH *******/ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 5:14 pm on September 7,2017 in ETNA, OH *******. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."
On Amazon.com it shows, "Latest update: Friday, Sep 8 6:49 AM, Shipment arrived at Amazon facility Kenosha, WISCONSIN, US"
The order was PLACED SEPT 3! Since yesterday afternoon (Sept 7) the "tracking" has displayed "Arriving tomorrow by 8 PM"; today is the 8th- STILL says "tomorrow".
So what, they're right next door to your place; you asked for free shipping, you're getting punished and WILL wait. amazon.com is reflecting sketchy drop-shipping behaviors- sellers can post what ever they want and charge what ever they want[ $40. For shipping an eyeliner? SURE! If buyers are willing to pay it, and you pay for that posting. So WHAT if it was floating around in sewage?! amazon.com doesn't monitor nor regulate the safety of ANY item unless it is being stored at their physical location- and even *then*, who knows? amazon.com is BLOWING YOU OFF! As of the date of this posting, you will be able to find amazon.com offerings locally in most metropolitan areas for LESS than on their website. Embrace Walmart. The time wasted awaiting that item for $2. Less online would be replaced with the satisfaction that you get to PERSONALLY inspect your item(s) before purchase, and time IS money. amazon.com- go ship to Nigeria!
Can't say anything bad about Amazon. Just that they need to make sure that they have their Amazon Prime set up in such a way that customers do not mistakenly pay for a service they may not want.
Everyone in my family uses Amazon. Their customer service is fantastic. Plus they show your history. They send emails about your order delivery
I think Amazon is gonna change retail in a way we cannot understand. It is good for the consumer, that is without question. But, in the end, will it be good for our economy (business'), and our culture? I have my doubts.
Great site cant complain unlike newchic they are a scam seems to me they are from china not the UK but as for amazon they are number one for online purchase
I use amazon about once every couple months and so far I have liked it. Some prices are better than others so I have to check around to make sure I am getting a decent deal.
Easy to search anything i need, easy to cancel orders if ever i change my mind. The customer assistant are friendly and easy to talk with. And if i am not satisfied with my order easy access for return/refund.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
