Prime shipping is great.
I used them less until we got prime and now I find I order from them more. I have had issues with things not being delivered and getting refunds back but overall the items ordered do arrive and are as described. I do not think that they find the best deals for me and their search options are not helpful to narrow the search to the items you are seeking. Often I have seen that an items is advertised at a lower price than you end up paying and that is annoying. For example, you find a hat and the small size is cheap but the medium size is 2x the price of the small. There is not reason for such a price difference. Other times you see something for $4 and click on it only to find that the $4 is not an option at all and the cheapest color/size/etc is $6 for example soo... find what you need and then still price compare.
I've just them in the past and recently signed up to their Prime membership, so we shall see if they are as good or better!
These guys are tops. Sometimes they are a little pricier than the other guy, but mostly they have good stuff at a good price. And they have good customer service, I think, as I never had to use customer service here.
If you buy a lot here, then Prime is a good deal.

My cousin gave me my first year of Prime as a gift, and now I can't imagine life without it. I shop Amazon several times a month. Shipping is always as promised or faster, merchants are very responsive, and I save so much money on great quality products. The only time I ever had an issue, customer service was immediately available by phone and straightened everything out immediately. I always price check with eBay, and most of the time now Amazon with Prime is the much better deal. Totally recommend.

I love Amazon! So convenient for things that aren't perishable. I love getting my dog food on there. I order it through Alexa and usually, in just a day it's on my doorstep. I'm living in the future haha!
I love amazon because I feel I can trust the reviews on there. I go to the site often just to see what people are saying about something before I buy it. I look for the verified purchaser reviews and get the truth about products. This has saved me countless times from buying something that is not worth the money. I also like that I have a choice of sellers to pick from if I want to get a used book and not overpay for it. The selection at amazon cannot be matched anywhere. I also recently paid for an annual subscription to amazon prime and am loving that as well. Not only do I get free 2-day shipping on a lot of stuff, I get the movies and tv shows, free kindle books and music streaming included. This is the best deal out there at $99 per year.
99% of all the orders I've had on Amazon were perfect with no issues. However, beware that Amazon may complete your order with an invalid payment method and then send your bill to a collections agency. I don't know if they still do this, but it has happened to me in the past.

Amazon is good, but the Prime rate prices differ from other prices, and that upsets me somewhat. I then go and check out Walmart, and can usually find a better price. I don't think that Prime members should get their merchandise cheaper than other customers. It's a slap in the face for other loyal customers.
Amazon may be a big brand but its delivery is unnecessary slow. I think they should give more discounts on books on special festive seasons.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
