When I first got into amazon, I was skeptical about online shopping, But the way they treat customers and how easy the process is swayed me. I was first acquainted with the website after purchasing a kindle fire HDX 7 inch and have stuck with them for years. Not only is the process simple and fast, the customer service and warranty service is quick and hassle free. You can increase the speed of which your package arrives to you by either subscribing to amazon prime for free two-day shipping(along with other benefits) or you can increase it's speed by purchasing higher levels of shipping. Not only is it good as a marketplace, but it allows us to communicate with who is going to sell what to us, read customer reviews, get special offers, etc... Even their third party companies are good, I recently purchased a laptop from Woot!, this is a company with the amazon guarantee which meant that it was trustworthy. The one thing I have mixed feelings about is both good and bad in its own way. The amazon appstore offers many apps that you would find in other appstores, some that you get for free if they are listed in amazon underground. Another thing that I love about this appstore are the amazon coins, not only do they allow me to get in app purchases for cheaper than usual, when making a purchase, certain apps give credit back. The only problem is that it lacks a lot of the apps that you would easily find in the google playstore or the apple equivalent. Overall, I believe amazon is a great company that finds a way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I have ordered from this company previously. They have great prices on certain items, but not everything. You have to check prices everywhere carefully.
I love I don't even have to leave my house for groceries and when working on a project that's to prime now if I need more supplies I can have it deliver within a couple hours. Love love love!

I've been a Prime member for years. They always do what they say they're going to do. I've place hundreds of orders that time and literally had to return 2 things that were not my fault. One thing was broken in shipping. The other was double shipped. Their customer service is exceptional. I've never had a problem!
Any goods, just anything - this store will always make it on time and guarantee the top quality of all the steps till the thing arrives to me. All my family has been using this store for many years and despite of some situations we had to return some items - I`m very satisfied with every bit of Amazon!
I just don't understand why it takes Amazon so long to ship out products if you have Prime they ship it out within 24 hours if you go with the free shipping they ship it out 5 to 7 Days Later this way it make you bye their Prime. I can go to Walmart or jet or any other company and they ship it out within 24 hours so I have called them multiple times about this but it seems like it doesn't help so I have decided not do business with Amazon no more until they change their policy maybe if everybody does this they'll change there policy or maybe it will make them go out of business and would just start shopping at Walmart and jet

Service if ridiculous. Drivers damaging and or abandoning packages is a constant! Last order(printer & computer) I cancelled bcus they REFUSE to make drivers adher to a proper code of behavior... no responsible person leaves packages laying about to be stolen(happened 3 times). USPS is best. Prime is suspect
I've been a prime member for several years and I have never had any problems with anything I have ordered. They always have stock on what I want and always get it to me promptly. They are the best and the prices are in range.
I've never had a problem with Amazon. I order quite often through them. Prices are very reasonable on specific items. There is a lot of variety and a lot of different vendors that you can choose the item that you are looking for.
I have purchased items from Amazon a number of rimes. Products are well made and prices are very reasonable. Almost every item was delivered the very next day. Once I ordered a Christmas present for my son and it was delivered Christmas Day. Awesome!
I've been with Amazon over 5 years and the shipping and handling is ridiculous... sure some of the things are cheap... but once the shipping and handling cost is added it's no longer a deal... I found a better site called jet.com... 2 day delivery guaranteed... and free shipping on 35 dollars and up... I've also found a lot more better deals

I have been a prime member for over a year now. I often use coupons and promo codes to purchase my items, and you get free shipping with Amazon prime, which makes it affordable to buy things I could not otherwise afford. I do get great deals, however that does not bias my opinion regarding whether or not i like a product, whether it is a waste of money etc. That being said. I do take advantage of the opportunity to speak my mind (as evidenced by this review)
After reviewing Amazon items for almost 2 years now, I have gotten quite a few helpful votes on my reviews (35 reviews were marked helpful) which would indicate that I am not just giving a good review because of a reduced price on an item.
Approximately two weeks ago, I tried to review an item and was unable to leave a review. I got a message instead
"Sorry, we are unable to accept your review of this product for either one or both of the following reasons: Your previous review of this product did not comply with our Customer Reviews Guidelines. Amazon does not permit reviews from customers whose relationship to the product or seller may be perceived as biased."
I have not been able to review a product since, and to add insult to injury, they deleted all my previous reviews! I also have discovered that I can not even ask a product question that can be seen by anyone including the sellers,
I have written several emails to request reinstatement of my ability to review. And that I be given some kind of explanation as to why this is happening. However, I have not gotten ANY response whatsoever.
In reading through the terms of the customer review guidelines, I find absolutely NO violation at all, I have not posted more "non verified" reviews than is listed in the rules, (you can not do that anyway)
In researching this issue, I find that thousands of people are experiencing the same treatment and issue. All of whom are paying prime members!
The failure to even answer my emails (or anyone else with this issue) Shows bad business practices by amazon, also to arbitrarily single out the people who have limited funds and need to use coupons and promo codes to purchase items, is reprehensible at best.
So, as I have yet to get any response, And I have since found that Amazon over charges for most items. (many are way cheaper on ebay, walmart.com etc. (do a search on the item you need you will see) I am hereby warning all you thrifty shoppers who use promo codes that your privilege to write reviews will be curtailed. You will be treated like a pariah. You will be disrespected and ignored. If you want to take that treatment and PAY FOR IT, that is okay. I have moved on to greener pastures but want the world to know how LOW AMAZON WILL GO
It is to inform you that Phone not found inside the package. The package contain 01 Rin Soap Bar, 02 Damaged Batteries & a Micro USB Cable instead of Redmi 4A (Gol, 32GB). Package was properly sealed & packed but the original contents were replaced. So you are requested to resolve the problem as soon as possible, otherwise i am going to charge a complaint on the Consumer Court.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
