Love this company. I can sit in my home and find anything I might need (or want) on Amazon. I belong to Prime so two day free shipping or I can get next day and usually on around $3.99 for that which is well worth it for some items. Everything is packaged better than anywhere else that I have ordered online. I get all my movies from Amazon. I have even tried the food pantry and was very satisfied with the products. I could go on all day about this company as they are the greatest!

They are able to clearly explain what caused an issue. I attribute that to good listening and troubleshooting. I know right! I have been shopping with Amazon for quite a few years now. I also decided to become a Prime Member to save on shipping whenever possible and I do enjoy the additional perks like movie and tv show streaming and books. I own 2 kindles and a fire stick and an echo dot. So I guess you can say I am a big fan. As with any store not always are they the cheapest but I'd say about 70% of the time I can find a great deal. If I have ever had an issue the customer service that I received has always been above board. No hassle returns, sometimes not even having to send things back if reported broken. Last Christmas, I didn't receive one of my packages and they sent out a replacement right away even before they finished trying to track it down. I have ordered electronics, dog food, gifts of all kinds and I will continue to do so for I enjoy shopping Amazon.
Amazon is ok but sometime they do a lot of outsourcing with other companies and products are sometime cheaply made or take forever to come.And some of the products are a little pricey and website is the terrible they love registering me for amazon primary without my permission, if push the no I don't want amazon primary their a charge on my account for a membership. I have to call twice to remove the charges.
If it weren't for the high prices, I would give it a 5 star but it's got a lot of items for a high price, that I can find cheaper in other places--same good quality. Overall, Amazon is pretty awesome! Will continue to use.
I am so impressed with Amazon. I have ordered an Iphone charger, make up, and even hair products and I was so happy with my products. Not only did they come fast, they were exactly what was advertised and the customer service was always really good. I would definitely purchase again.
It was so easy to order and if there was an error it does state and direct the customer to revise or enter the necessary information and only then will the transaction be complete. Site also lets customer track their order.

When I joined Amazon Prime in 2009, it made sense to use Prime. Now it's gotten so big that they don't care any longer. Sad, too. I'm riding out the rest of my "prime year" then leaving. NOTHING that I order gets to me in the 2 day timeframe, so I've given up on that.
Bottom line: IF YOU FEED INTO AMAZON, YOU'RE DOING MORE HARM THAN GOOD.

I shop on Amazon frequently and have found that their service is amazing. Some of their prices are awesome (but some of their items, you can find cheaper else where). I believe I have shopped every department expect clothing, and I have been pleased with most of it and when I have not, no problem, you can return it and they will refund you.

I order from Amazon on a regular basis. I have always been completely satisfied with the purchase, delivery and customer service. I recently purchased a shirt and didn't notice that it was from a seller in China. Of course, the shirt was not at all what was pictured and I contacted Amazon who contacted the seller. No response from the seller but Amazon gave me store credit, which is totally cool of them.
I love Amazon, I can get anything Im looking for on Amazon, and I know its of good quality! I never go downtown to shop anymore, I usually receive my goods within 2days! Their customer service is excellent! Ive been a Prime customer since I joined Amazon!
I had the wonderful opportunity to join Amazon this year. My husband and I wanted to change one of our viewing services to something different to get more of the variety we were hoping for. Im so happy we did. The shows and viewing options are awesome, but they are just the tip of the iceberg. Free 2 day shipping has saved us so many times when we needed something very fast. Weve discovered if you can wait just a few days more, usually Amazon will give you a small credit toward one category or another and they can add up and allow you to get some fun things.
I keep hearing people describe the features Amazon had before I joined and I really feel like I missed out on some very fun options like being able to get a large variety free books to read every month. I love what Im seeing but I havent heard anything about new features that were comparable to what was taken away. Its unusual to see a company cut back on what they offer instead of adding to it or changing it to something comparable.
Still, this is the Amazon I know, and although the removed features sound like they could make it even greater, I still enjoy what they do offer. I suppose ignorance is bliss as long as they hold off on removing features Im getting used to having with them.

No company is perfect, they all mistakes. What makes a company good is what they do when things go wrong. Amazon actually seems to go out of their way to help the customer, rather than making it difficult for them.
Like many people I've got a few things from Amazon over the years, usually without any problems at all. Just recently I had an incorrect item delivered. They no longer had the correct one, but refunded me that day and told me to keep or get rid of the incorrect item.
Most other companies would keep you waiting for weeks and won't refund until you return the item, Amazon are better than that.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
