Amazon is impeccable with products and efficiency. No matter what I look for I always try Amazon first.
We received a gift card for our wedding. One month later we attempted to redeem the credit and were told that someone else already had. We did not authorize this and had no idea. Spoke to 5 different customer service people that explained there is nothing they can do. They have a deeply flawed system and dont believe their own customers, so the gift was just wiped out. No offer of credit or even to discuss it with fraud prevention, just wanted to get us off the phone. Now my wife is crying.
I know that this company destroys many small business but at the end the strongest survives. But they are ahead of everybody in prices and availability
Have been a loyal amazon customer for years. Always happy until now. My account was hacked a couple of months ago so it was temporarily suspended. Have repeatedly called customer service to get this reversed to no avail. Never send e-mails or return phone calls as promised. Amazon is convenient, but I can make my purchase directly through vendors. To bad amazon has gotten so big they no longer need my business.
I got a Harman Kardon receiver system from them, will attach pics. My seller was very courteous and the product was delivered a day before the promised day. Everything works as advertised.

If you want to contact someone to get more information all they do is copy a link to their help section of their website, they state they cannot help in their department and place you on hold. The next rep then does the same thing, offers you a link to their help section so that you can read and research for yourself. ***Poor customer service***

Amazon is my favorite online shop, tons of items, so easy to surf and to buy, Amazon Prime is very efficient. I'd like very much shopping on Amazon even if sometime for some items price in Euros are too much expensive compared with USA (and is not for the change). Anyway definitely to suggest to everyone.
