I have never really had an issue with Customer Service... any time I have had an issue, they have always made it right, in one way or another.
I believe that people who have had issues with Customer Service, are due the fact that so many 3rd party sellers have problems with their products, and a lot of them offer discount coupons...

Amazon will not refund your full purchase price, from 3rd party sellers, if you have used a coupon code... They will only refund the actual amount you paid... you have to contact the seller for the difference--- when you have to pay full price to re-order the item...
From order to follow up, Amazon shows you what caring customer service is all about. Emails are sent for confirmation of order, delivery and final to make sure you are happy with your product! Wish all retailers would take a page from their book!

Since they moved the. Customer Service to the Phillipines, it is an almost impossible To get service. The staff cannot understand the terminology when trying to explain the issues with a product without hours on the phone and having to explain everything to 2 or 3 people.
Amazon is one of the best sites online to shop. Easy tracking, packing and delivery is a breeze. Reviews always help make up my mind on the best item to choose. Returns are never a problem, but in all my years of using Amazon, the items I've bought have rarely needed to go back. A great place for sure.
Omg Amazon is the only place I will order over online. They have t best seller products fast delivers. They are so helpful I had a little issue they were open on a Sunday wow they called me back on a Sunday in 5 minutes., Now tell me who does that. Ordering from Amazon is the best place to order from. I cam put a order in on a Sunday by Wednesday I have the items. Nothing's ever been cheap quailty. Once a got a defective item hey it happens that seller contact me 5 hours later and said 24 to 36 hours I would hear. Omg I was credit back in like 2 hour later wow amazing. I ask if they wanted the defective back see said no just throw it wow I was amazed keep up awesome service you rock

I have been a member of Amazon Prime for 2 years and I absolutely love it! The delivery is fast. Knowing that the shipping is taken care of I order without thinking about it. Some things are not included under prime so that is a bit of a bummer but most things I have purchased have been. I love the discounts on the books I order for my Kindle. I order many many books. I am very satisfied with the quality of all of my purchases. I can't speak on how returns are handled because I have never returned anything.
Once, I placed an order on Amazon and the seller shipped it without a tracking number. Two weeks went by and my item still hadn't turned up. I contacted customer service and was contacted within a day (or two?) with an immediate offer of a refund.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
