I've ordered lots of stuff from Amazon over the years. Some things were not as advertised by the seller and one time I never received an item from China and was still charged. In both cases Amazon had me covered. The one item I wasn't happy with I got to keep and the seller refunded my money promptly. I emailed the seller of the item I never received and after no answer I filed a complaint with Amazon and they quickly and easily refunded my money after they couldn't reach the seller either. Very happy with Amazon! You order through them and they got your back!

Amazon was a go-to site for buying stuff, but they started bait and switch on the Prime 2 day shipping- I needed a computer part fast, it did Not come as advertised, multiple times. But, that wasn't the deal breaker for me. It was having to be next to my cell phone to get a text, in order to just sign into my Amazon account. I don't carry the cell phone with me everywhere, and will not start doing so. So I finally gave up on Amazon.
