I tell all my freinds all the time they're missing out if they don't shop Amazon. It's like having your own shopping bodyguard... They take care of you, throughout your entire shopping experience, and if by chance ANYTHING goes wrong, even is it's your fault, they stand behind you all the way. On other sites I might hesitate to make a purchase that I'm not 100% sure of, but on Amazon, I have the confidence to take a chance, knowing it'll turn out fine, because that's the Amazon guarantee: always a hassle-free, shopping experience with satisfaction guaranteed.
I've ordered from Amazon for many years and service is excellent. I highly recommend Amazon Prime. It is well worth the yearly fee. The savings in shipping are huge and the streaming movies are an excellent bonus.

Amazon is well organized, competitively priced - with some great bargains, and on the one occasion I had a problem, they were quick and friendly in resolving it. I've broken even or better on the cost of my Prime membership with the free two-day shipping alone in each of the past three years. Prime TV and Prime music ends up being a bonus. If I have any real criticisms, it is that Amazon's Prime Movie and TV show selection could stand some significant improvement.
I signed up for Amazon's Prime Membership trial. There was no fine print during the sign-up saying that I was actually subscribing to the full membership. There was no disclaimer saying that I had to cancel my subscription (not trial sign-up like it was advertised) if I did not want to pay $90 for something that I was not sure if I wanted or not. I was not hooked on Prime during the trial and so I did not subscribe to it afterward... thinking that was the process...
So... when the trial ended, Amazon automatically TOOK $90 from my credit card WITHOUT my knowledge. As far as I'm concerned, this company is shady and disreputable.
I'm not using any Amazon products or services again and will be sure to pass along what I've learned to family and friends.
I just called Amazon about an issue w/ an order that I placed on 12/18/2017 to be delivered before Christmas, I went on their site to track my orders and one of the orders and it showed no order submitted int he last 6 months. I requested a call from customer service, there was apparently an issue w/ my debit card, my bank issues a daily limit, which my order had exceeded. No problem, I asked the customer rep if I could give him my routing # and Bank acct # and he could withdraw the total. He put me on hold and said he couldn't do it, it didn't work, I said how could you have tried it I haven't given you my bank info yet. He tried to run my debit card again after I told him about the bank limit. After trying to explain what I was asking again, I realized this moron doesn't know what I'm talking about. I gave him a credit card, which took him about a 1/2 hour to figure out, I pull up my order while we're talking and it says 2 day delivery, guaranteed delivery by Tuesday, December 26th, meanwhile, today is Thursday, December 21, (2 days would be Saturday Dec. 23rd). I brink this to the attention of the representative, I really want it delivered by Christmas... his solution is to cancel the order on his end and for me to go online and resubmit the order... are you fricken kidding me, I've just spend 45 minutes on the phone with this moron, telling him it's a Christmas present. He can't change the delivery to overnight it on his end. I ask to speak with his supervisor, I'm extremely uncomfortable at this point with anything he has to tell me. He puts me on hold for a second and gets back on the phone and states that he's not going to put me on with a supervisor because he's one of the supervisors in his department. I've never wrote a review for any company before, good or bad, but the person I spoke to clearly had no idea what he was doing and I would have thought w/ all the trouble I had with this order that they may have given me better assistance in expediting the order. As much as I like the selection of items on Amazon, I will never use them again, there are other companies like Overstock, com, that have much better, knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives willing to work with you to solve your issues.
When I shop there, I'm always confident that if there is a problem with the items it will be solved. I love this site and recommend it.
Bought several items from them, I wanted to change the delivery address BEFORE it was delivered, from San Marcos TX to Austin TX. They had me on the phone 1:30 minutes talking to some oriental girl with a very strong accent, just to tell me at the end it could NOT be done!
I have bought many things on Amazon. Most were good but several were hard to send back and it took too much time.If they lowered things then the average person could purchase more
Amazon Prime is the best way to go because you can get free shipping on most all items & super fast delivery while paying fair prices for merchandise.
Most of the items are made in China and the quality is not good. And it don't tell that it is made in China. The shipping is so long and the customer service is not good.

I shop on Amazon like people who are social media addicts on Facebook. I love the variety of selection of various products Amazon offers. The prices, return policies, the availability of products and shipping is always an added bonus for me because I always receive my items in a timely manner, I am speaking for me in regards to my own personal review. Overall Amazon is my "go to store". I frequent Amazon almost on a daily basis.
I love shopping at Amazon. I am usually very pleased with my purchases, but when Im not it is easy to return for a refund. Its also a great way to support your favorite charity when shopping on Amazon Smile.
I think Amazon is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I have never been one to shop the malls or large retail stores. I can find anything and everything I am looking for on Amazon from the comfort of my own home. And, the speed with which they ship things is amazing... but then it is 'Amazon.'

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
